Craig Davenport - VP

Craig Davenport started his career in construction in 1995 and joined RC Andersen in 2006. Craig is jointly responsible for managing a team of Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, Administrators, and Safety Managers. In addition to his leadership role and extensive knowledge surrounding industrial construction, Craig works directly with clients, tenants, state and local construction and development agencies, as well as subcontractors during the full cycle of construction to a successful project completion.

Jim Modafferi

Jim Modafferi joined the RC Andersen Team in 2012 as a superintendent. An integral part in RC Andersen's growth outside of the New Jersey market, Jim agreed to take on RC Andersen's first out of state project in Windsor, Connecticut. In 2016, Jim went on to take on RC Andersen's first Colorado project, a 1 Million SF warehouse in Aurora, CO. Because of this immensely successful project, RC Andersen decided to grow its roots in the Colorado, making Jim its operational head since then. Jim and our Colorado office has built 7.2 Million square feet equaling $465M in the Colorado region.

Neil Ascione - President

Neil Ascione joined RC Andersen in 2008 as a Project Manager and through his tenure at RC Andersen,, previously holding roles in construction, design, and research dating back to 2002. Neil has played an integral part in RC Andersen's growth and has helped develop some of RC Andersen's most deeply rooted client relationships and overall corporate structure. Neil has managed some of RC Andersen's marquee projects and is an authority on the day-in day-out management of work, as well as organizational processes and policies. Neil earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ.

Paul Gorga

Paul Gorga has served as a Project Manager since 2012 and now Project Executive at RC Andersen . Throughout his 30-year career in construction, Paul has been proficient in the oversight and construction of various warehouse and distribution centers, commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and retail projects. Paul has assumed numerous responsibilities on various projects throughout his career, including value engineering, purchasing, financial management, and scheduling. Some of the projects that Paul has managed and coordinated included project labor agreements, state funding, tax abatement, and minority requirements (state and federal).

Robert Andersen - CEO

Robert Andersen started his 35-year career as a Structural Engineer, working for a New Jersey local firm and earning his NJ Professional Engineering License. He then pivoted to contracting, working for a large New York City and National General Contracting firm in various roles of Project Engineer, Project Superintendent and Project Manager. Bob started RC Andersen in 2006 with the goal of creating a general contracting firm specializing in industrial warehousing. With his strong team of executives, administrators, and project managers, he has grown the business into a top 5 nationally ranked company in industrial construction. Bob earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ.

Steve Sroka - VP

Steve Sroka joined RC Andersen in 2012 as a Project Manager and quickly advanced into a Project Executive position, previously having worked in the construction industry since 2003. Steven has managed all phases of multi-million-dollar construction projects consisting of new construction warehouses, multi-level robotic warehouses, and tenant improvement projects. Steven has strong working relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors and company employees resulting in successful construction experiences. Steven earned a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, NJ.
