Lyn is founder and president of Retailworks, Inc. - an award-winning branding, design, display and consulting firm specializing in retail, corporate, and hospitality spaces.
Lyn Falk has taught at the University of Wisconsin - Madison in the Retail Department, and has developed course curriculums for senior level university students, manufacturers, and retailers and CEU courses for interior designers. She has spoken to thousands of professionals, citizens and students, and her work has been acknowledged over 150 times in over 80 different publications.
Lyn has served as a speaker and consultant for the National Main Street Center for over 20 years. She has worked with over 70 communities, helping them define and strengthen their mission, identity, and retail/business districts in an effort to combat competition in urban sprawl.

What would we do without Russ? Well, we just don't think about that. He keeps every piece of equipment, computer (PC and MAC - although he's partial to Apple products!) and all internet connections working smoothly so we can do our jobs. He also created and continues to maintain our database, fixes anything that's broken, and assembles anything that needs assembling. We are very fortunate to have this retired engineer, manufacturer, computer wizard, and business consultant, on hand to keep us up and running.

Sue is incredibly creative and continues to outdo herself. This multi-talented lady is not only a graphic designer, but also creates and fabricates small to large display props out of everything from yarn to cardboard, to recycled plastic CDs. There's very little this woman can't quietly tackle and deliver on time to the "wows" from all of us and our clients. And we're not the only ones to recognize her talents, her displays have won Retailworks two international awards! Stop by to see a sampling of her amazing work showcased throughout our office.
