Serving as Senior Director, XBU Strategy and Customer Excellence for Regulatory Compliance Associates® Inc., Arielle Anahory provides guidance to life-science clients experiencing operational challenges in the compliance, regulatory, quality assurance, R&D, and operational processes of the product lifecycle. Arielle Anahory oversees large and complex projects from procurement through contract closeout, which includes supervising the development of budgets and schedules, managing employee performance, reporting progress, and initiating action to assure program objectives and schedules are met and work is performed within budget and according to the specification of life-science processes. Most importantly, Arie provides key communication amongst project teams and senior management. Arielle graduated from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and went on to earn her Master of Science in Pharmacy Administration, Pharmacy Policy, and Regulatory Affairs from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Her outside interests include tutoring children in sports, and she has an ongoing passion for playing soccer and building leadership skills.

Balazs Vandor has over 20 years of proven expertise in project management, cGxP, familiarity with all functions of the organization, and the ability to quickly establish positive working relationships at all levels. As a Director of Operations and Client Experience for Regulatory Compliance Associates® Balazs works to facilitate positive Client experiences and his responsibilities include project scope determination, budgeting, and monitors project execution to ensure client satisfaction and optimum consultant performance. Balazs is a practical and passionate problem solver with wide-ranging experience in the pharmaceutical industry and professional services. He is a clear and concise communicator with demonstrated analytic, leadership, and organizational skills, a positive attitude, a flexible personality, and natural curiosity. He is service-oriented and performance-driven, leveraging his experiences to asset our network of clients. Balazs has a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering: Production Systems, Human-Machine Systems, Management of Technology from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Minor in Business Management from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN.

Gina has over 20 years of progressive involvement across a broad range of project management functions and diverse industry segments. She joined Regulatory Compliance Associates® as a Operations Specialist in 2022. As an Operations Specialist, Gina provides support for finance, program/operational managers and RCA leadership by: assisting in the development and maintenance of project schedules, providing detailed task-orientated project and budget reports and executing various other job functions related to projects. She has the ability to combine vision, ingenuity, and strong business acumen with well-developed project management and leadership qualities to support go-to-market efforts, product launches, and customer related initiatives positioning us for success. Gina is a certified Paralegal and has an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from the State University of New York College of Criminal Justice at MCC.
