Abby Gillis serves as an administrative assistant at R.B. Murray Company where she assists in a variety of duties throughout the sales and leasing process. She is dedicated to her roles at R.B. Murray Company, which include drafting property listings and contracts, creating custom marketing brochures, organizing property files, and keeping detailed records on properties. Abby is highly skilled in Adobe programs specific to commercial real estate.
Abby received her Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Writing from Missouri State University, with a minor in Creative Writing. Her educational focus was in document design and scientific and technical editing. While in college she worked for Ozarks Technical Community College as a tutor, helping students organize, write, and rehearse speeches for their public speaking classes.
Outside of the office, Abby enjoys time with her family and supporting her three daughters in athletics, band, choir and theater. An avid reader, she spends her downtime enjoying a good book.

Dan Dickinson has served as the Property Manager for R.B. Murray Company since 2012. He is known for offering expert advice and applying innovative solutions to ensure the success of the properties under management. Dan has an extensive background in all aspects of property management, including building operations, tenant relations and capital needs assessments. Along with implementing preventative maintenance programs, he fosters positive project management and contractor relations, allowing him to deliver the highest quality of service to the property owners. Dan manages R.B. Murray Company's growing portfolio of over 500,000 square feet of commercial buildings, from retail and office to industrial and warehousing centers.
After he graduated from Drury University, Dan gained years of project and program management experience. His work history includes construction and facilities maintenance on over 300 nationwide stores at Video Update Inc., and 6 years of management experience with Mercy Health Systems as a facilities, maintenance, and construction supervisor.
When away from work, Dan and his wife Carie enjoy the great outdoors, exploring the National Parks. They have been fortunate enough to travel to all 50 States.
Ross Murray is a third/forth generation of the family legacy. He studied at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and graduated with distinction from Drury University with a degree in marketing and a minor in world studies. He earned designations with the Society of Industrial Realtors (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) through graduate-level training, high sales /lease volumes, and a demonstration of professionalism and ethics only showcased by industry experts. He is the only broker in Southwest Missouri besides his brother Ryan Murray, to hold both SIOR Dual Industrial and Office designations and CCIM designations. Ross is a SIOR 10+ Year Legacy member and has over 20 years experience and knowledge to be a trusted and strategic real estate partner while specializing in investment sales, industrial sales / leasing, office sale / leasing, and vacant land sales and leasing.
Ross over the past 7 years has brokered many significant investment, industrial, and office transactions totaling over $300,000,000. Notable transactions include the Town & Country Shopping Plaza, A National FedEx facility, Super Center Plaza Shopping Center, the Regional Headquarters Campus for Wellpoint Blue Cross Blue Shield, University of Phoenix Regional Campus, French Quarter Plaza along with several large industrial and office portfolio sales anchored by Blue Chip Tenants.
Ross was selected as an honoree of one of the Springfield Business Journal's 2014 "40 Under 40" for being one of Springfield's brightest and most accomplished business professionals. Ross was recently selected by the Springfield Business Journal's in 2021 Most Trusted and accomplished Advisor within the real estate industry. Ross is consistently ranked as a Top Co-Star Power Broker in the Springfield Metro market. His current marketing projects include Project 60/65, a mixed-use development that covers 600 acres in Southeast Springfield, and the TerraGreen Office Park, one of the first sustainable LEED concept office developments in the area. Additionally, he is brokering a New Industrial Park "Southwest Rail & Industrial Park" a New 166 acre industrial park in the Springfield metro area currently being developed.
Ross exhibits a dedication to the community by donating his time to local charities and business groups. He is a board member of the Springfield Workshop Foundation, as well as the Springfield News Leader's economic advisory council, the Springfield Executives Partnership, Hickory Hills Country Club Board of directors, the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Missouri Association of Realtors.
Ryan Murray joined R.B. Murray Company after graduating with Distinction Honors with a B.A. in Business Administration and obtaining the Leeds School of Business Real Estate Certificate from the University of Colorado. He was later named Vice President and specializes in the sales & leasing of office, retail, and industrial properties. Mr. Murray also oversees R.B. Murray Company's property management & receivership divisions.
Recently Mr. Murray obtained the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation, a professional achievement for highly qualified commercial real estate practitioners with a strong transactional history in brokerage. SIOR's individual members are the best in the commercial real estate industry and the top-producers in their field. SIOR members are in more than 630 cities and 33 countries worldwide and are recognized as top-producing professionals - closing on average more than 30 transactions per year and meeting stringent production, education, and ethical requirements.
Mr. Murray has achieved the Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation (CCIM) and was one of the state's first commercial real estate professionals to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) status. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Mr. Murray is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate, and as a LEED AP, Mr. Murray has demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles and the LEED Rating System.
Mr. Murray has also earned Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®. The CPM® designation is awarded to real estate managers who have met the Institute's rigorous requirements in the areas of professional education, examination and experience. CPM® Members must also abide by a rigorous Code of Professional Ethics that is strictly enforced by the Institute.
Mr. Murray currently serves as a director on the OTC Foundation Board and the Rotary Club of Springfield Southeast Board, is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Make-A-Wish® Foundation of Missouri, and a graduate of the Leadership Springfield program. Mr. Murray lives in Springfield with his wife Maggie and their son & daughter.
Vicki Evans joined R.B. Murray Company with 25 years of accounting experience at an international manufacturing company, where she served for 17 years as the accounting manager.
While performing accounting duties for R.B. Murray Company Property Management, Vicki works closely with property owners and tenants while striving to deliver accurate, timely information. Through her knowledge and experience, she is able to serve the clients of R.B. Murray Company with the highest degree of professionalism.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Southwest Missouri State University (now MSU). Vicki enjoys spending down time with family and friends.
