A. Lelo Diaz

Prior to clinical research Lelo Diaz conducted preclinical research through the Biomedical Research Training Program at the University of Texas at Austin. He has been working in clinical trials since 2001. As a medical student at The University of Texas in Galveston he was introduced to the clinical research industry and worked as an investigative site Clinical Research Coordinator. This led to various roles within Clinical Operations of CROs, pharmaceutical companies and biotech start-ups. He later formed Redstone Research to continue in the clinical development and marketing of novel therapeutics. Although primarily focused on Medical Devices and Oncology, Mr. Diaz has successfully driven trials to completion in most therapeutic areas. Highlights include writing the protocol and securing industry funds to conduct the trial in eight different countries, successful rescue of projects resulting in market approval, revision of sponsor processes and invitation to FDA CDER workshops focused on the requirements and compliance of policies for marketing drug products. Mr. Diaz has a bachelor of science in Biology from Southern Methodist University. He is a member of the Drug Information Association, the Association of Clinical Research Professionals, BioAustin, Associate Member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and a Board Member for the Environmental Healthcare Foundation.

Robert O. Kerr

Dr. Robert Kerr has been involved in laboratory and clinical research for more than thirty years and has been invited to present the results of his research in both the United States and Europe. He is the author of numerous publications and has served as president of the Texas Division of the American Cancer Society, president of the Texas Society of Medical Oncology, and chief of medical staff at two hospitals in Austin, TX. Additionally he has served as chairman and member of several state and national committees. Dr. Kerr is a regular presenter of Oncology CME. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology, and the European Society of Medical Oncology. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Hematology. More recently, Dr. Kerr has served on the review board of 2 IRBs reviewing over 150 investigative plans. Prior to dedicating his time to support pharmaceutical IND applications, Dr. Kerr founded and practiced oncology at Southwest Regional Cancer Center now part of US Oncology. Dr. Kerr is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Elizabethtown College, and an AA graduate from University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. After completing an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Hospitals, he completed a fellowship at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Kerr has held faculty positions at the University of Minnesota and the University of Texas- San Antonio.
