Ade Ogunlesi, B.SC, MBA, is a successful entrepreneur and manager of Sofisticat Limited and Skin Beauty Limited in Lagos. He has amassed over 20 years of experience in business management and sat on the boards of several vibrant companies, including Fullworks Limited, Swap Tech and Telecommunications Limited. Ade first graduated from the University of Lagos before going on to earn an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona.
Adeyinka Akinwumi is a HND graduate in secretarial administration. She has decades of experience working for organisations including Mobil Producing Unlimited, Hillcrest Merchant Bank (now part of Access Bank Plc) and LM Ericsson. She launched her own business, Gift of Life Resources, in 2002, specialising in the import and sale of corporate gifts and custom uniforms for schools and private companies.

Emmanuel Akinwumi, B.SC, M.SC. (ECONS.), FCA, CGA, ACIS, AMP, PMP, is the president and CEO of Data-Line Management Group Inc., a business consulting firm in Ontario, Canada. Through his current role and his background in multinational corporations, Emmanuel has gained valuable hands-on experience in business and mortgage financing, project planning and implementation, change management, strategic planning and enterprise management.
A Nigerian-Canadian, Emmanuel is a member of the Canadian Council on Africa, a consultant to African Development Bank and a founding director of REFEM.
Femi Akinwumi, B.SC, ACIB, ACS, is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, having graduated from the University of Lagos in 1989 with a degree in Finance (Banking). His experience in corporate banking spans over 16 years, during which time he managed international operations, exports and investments, rising through the ranks to become the Divisional Head of Gateway Bank Plc before making the move to REFEM.
An accomplished banker, tutor and entrepreneur, Femi has facilitated courses for the Financial Institution Training Centre and Chartered Institute of Bankers on international finance and exports
Garba Justice Musa, B.SC, M.SC, LLB, BL, was the pioneer Chairman of REFEM Millers Limited, steering the affairs of the company excellently well for 10 years before the incumbent Chairman, Mr. Ade Ogunlesi took over in 2020 on a rotational basis. Mr. Justice Garba retired as an Executive Director, Resources, of the defunct Union Homes Savings & Loans Plc, having joined the firm in 1994 as Deputy General Manager (Corporate Resources) and being appointed Executive Director of Mortgage Operations and Project in January 2009. Hailing from Taraba state, Garba earned a BSc in Economics from the University of Jos in 1983 and obtained a Masters in Economics from the same university in 1985. He is an astute banker and administrator and enjoys travelling in his leisure time.
