Our core investment approach is to find opportunities that are low risk but ones in which we can produce superior positive returns; typically with a two to three year liquidity expectation... Although we have significant experience in the development of both commercial and residential real estate, our focus is on the investment of capital in niche opportunities that are typically real estate related. We concentrate on opportunities in the real estate industry where we perceive an advantageous edge in the risk / reward investment balance.
