Aideen is a member of the firm's Real Estate team and has experience working on a wide range of real estate transactions in relation to both residential and commercial property. She has acted for a variety of clients including banks and other financial institutions, receivers, property developers and private clients. Aideen also has experience in advising on commercial leasing and other landlord and tenant matters.
In her role, Aideen has responsibility for managing both acquisitions and property sales. Some of her experience includes reviewing deeds and other documents of title, advising on title issues, reviewing and drafting security documentation, advising on planning matters, property registrations, and the drafting and negotiating of contracts for sale.

Aisling is a Senior Associate on the Real Estate team. She advises on all aspects of property law, with a particular focus on residential developments.
She has experience advising a wide variety of clients including telecommunication companies, pension funds and receivers in the acquisition and disposal of commercial and residential properties. Aisling has advised landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial leasing and also advises lending institutions in the finance of residential and commercial property.

Aisling is an Associate in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution department, specialising in insurance defence work, personal injury cases and material damage claims.
She has experience in all aspects of litigation procedure and practices in all Court jurisdictions. Aisling has a particular focus in the area of insurance fraud, defending fraudulent and exaggerated claims.
Outside of the firm, Aisling is a member of the Younger Members Committee of the Law Society of Ireland and a member of the Health and Safety Lawyers Association of Ireland Committee.

Aisling is a Partner, practising as part of the firm's Banking and Finance team. She advises several leading domestic and international banks, financial institutions and non-bank lenders in relation to bilateral and syndicated facilities. Aisling provides banking legal advice to some leading Irish corporates, property investors and developers.
Aisling advises on a broad range of banking-related matters. She has particular expertise advising on the finance elements of investment and development real estate transactions. She has also advised international entities on various consumer and regulatory issues in relation to the Irish lending market and has advised a number of Irish and international banks on their standard loan and security documentation. Aisling trained and spent over seven years practising with a top five Irish law firm. She was also selected for a secondment with the legal department of leading European bank.

Alan is a Senior Associate in the firm's Corporate and Commercial team. He has advised on aspects of commercial transactions in a variety of sectors, including for private equity firms, SMEs and large multinational entities engaging in multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Alan also has extensive experience advising employers and pension trustees on day-to-day commercial and pension issues including those involving large multi-employer pension schemes and cross-border pension schemes, both as an in-house and private practice lawyer. He has advised pension schemes in the legal sector, acting for both employers and trustees on high-profile investigations from the UK Pensions Regulator and the Irish Pensions Authority, and has regularly advised on specific pensions aspects of commercial transactions.

Alex acts for financial institutions, property developers and corporate borrowers in a range of commercial lending transactions. She also advises on the property aspects of corporate and finance transactions.
In her role, Alex has gained experience advising on property and probate related disputes and litigation and has previously acted for Insurance Companies in defence of a variety of claims.

Amy is part of RDJ's Corporate Governance & Compliance team. She has extensive experience assisting clients with a broad range of company secretarial services such as company registrations, annual returns, compliance filings and reports.
Amy ensures her clients are kept up to date on their obligations through regular bespoke corporate governance awareness training and briefings. Amy also facilitates clients with the updating of statutory registers using our governance software package, Diligent.
Amy also works with the Banking & Finance Team and provides support in connection with the team working on transactional banking, acquisition finance and real estate finance, mainly to the business banking units of the core banks, but also working on financing for alternative lenders.
Her duties and responsibilities include drafting security documents, closing lists, corporate supporting documentation and coordinating drawdown and distribution of funds - both in conjunction with other team members and working off her own initiative.

Annmarie is a solicitor in the firms Dispute Resolution team.
Annmarie works on the commercial litigation team assisting on complex disputes. She works with the team on insurance defence in particular professional negligence claims involving construction and legal professionals, as well as disputes on cover. She has valuable experience handling defence litigation cases in the High Court (including the commercial court), Circuit Court and District Court, as well as consideration experience in alternative dispute resolution including multi-party mediations and arbitration.

Aoife is an Associate practising as part of the firm's Real Estate team. Aoife acts for a wide range of clients including local authorities, approved housing bodies, corporate bodies and property developers.
Aoife was part of the team who advised on the sale of Airton Plaza, a 328-unit residential development to Clúid Housing Association and has advised Oaklee Housing AHB on multiple bulk acquisitions of social and cost rental units.
Aoife is a committee member of both the Society of Young Solicitors and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Young Leaders Ireland branch. She is also an active volunteer with ALONE, a charity which focuses on keeping the elderly connected with the community.

Aoife also advises healthcare professionals and hospitals at coroner's inquests. She has negotiated settlements with and without counsel and has also experience in mediation.

Ashling leads the Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring Team, practising across the areas of corporate, commercial and insolvency. She uses her extensive knowledge of Irish company law to significant advantage in advising clients on both sale and acquisition sides of distressed companies.
Ashling's practice includes advising on all types of restructurings and insolvency law matters and has vast experience in advising insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, liquidators, examiners, receivers, debtors and distressed companies. She has many years of experience acting for financial institutions in the context of debt settlement arrangements and has advised in relation to a number of significant receiverships and liquidations. She also regularly advises on both examiners and petitioners with respect to the examinership regime.
Ashling is recognised as a leading lawyer for Insolvency in Chambers Europe and The Legal 500 and is a member of the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners (ISIP).
