Real Capital was established in 2007 to focus on real estate investments in Berlin, Germany. As of 2014, the investment horizon was expanded to cover all of Germany. Real Capital considers all real estate asset classes, but has been mostly active in the residential and office markets... Our investors are private individuals, family offices and institutional investors to whom we offer a gateway to the German real estate market... Real Capital structures the vehicles to invest in real estate, provides its clients with advisory services and oversees the real estate management activities. We are partners with our investors and deploy our own capital along with our investors.
