The founder of Hokeness Rehabilitation Consulting, LLC, Bill Hokeness, graduated from Mankato State University in 1971 earning a Master of Science degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling. He worked in vocational rehabilitation as a Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant (QRC) providing rehabilitation services to injured workers from 1979 through 2011. He worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation Services with the State of Minnesota from 1972 through 1988. He founded Bill Hokeness & Associates in 1988, which then became Hokeness Rehabilitation Consulting, LLC, in 2004.
