We are a PennDOT prequalified contractor specializing in asphalt paving and sealing, concrete curbs and sidewalks, excavation and site work, demolition, underground utility construction, and bridge construction... The company was incorporated in 1974 as Robert C. Young, Inc. of Mifflinville, PA. Robert had a lot of pride in his company, and treated all of his construction projects as something he was completing for himself.
