Aaron has worked with Realty Atlanta over a span of 22 years. He started his career selling land in Roswell, Alpharetta and Milton GA. Aaron attended Truett McConnell University to play Baseball, and then attended North Georgia College & State University. Aaron resides in Cleveland GA where his father has owned a Hardware/Furniture and Appliance store since the 1970s. He is currently focusing his brokerage efforts in the Gainesville and North GA Markets.

Adrian Webber is a fourth-generation family member to practice real estate. She is native to Atlanta where she began her career along with her father, Shawn Leveto, and brother, Alex Leveto. Adrian's background is in sales, project management, marketing, and design with a Bachelors Degree from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Adrian leads our Savannah team and is an expert in commercial and residential development in Effingham county, Savannah, and other surrounding areas.

Alex Leveto is a 4th-generation family member to practice real estate, following in the footsteps of his father Shawn. He is an anomaly in the business, being only 18 years old when he acquired his license, and stepping up as COO at the young age of 24. Alex specializes in residential land properties and vacant developed lots in and around Metro Atlanta. He is an incredibly driven agent, a dedicated leader, and has an impressive resume of sales. In 2021, Alex lead the transition from Realty Atlanta to Realty Companies with an expansion across the Southeast. Today, he continues to pour his heart into his work and the future of the company.

Chris joined Realty Atlanta in 2003 bringing extensive sales, marketing, and management experience.
While conducting residential, commercial and industrial land sales in Forsyth County, Chris is responsible for the generation of over $130 Million in transactions. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to maximize return on investment for clients while meeting overall objectives of each individual seller. Chris attributes his success to work ethic, process, and strong relationships with land owners.
Our Managing Director now leads the effort for Realty Tennessee in the Chattanooga office. He is currently working with Collin McCartney in the land and multifamily sector of the market.

In 2020, Collin McCartney joined director Chris Holland under our Realty Tennessee brokerage as an agent and partner. He is a leader in the Chattanooga office alongside Chris, and was part of our initial transition into the state.
Collin currently resides in the downtown area and has a thorough understanding of the market. Not only does he work in downtown Chattanooga, but also the surrounding and thriving suburban areas. Collin is motivated to work with both local and national users, as well as operators, to build each area out piece by piece. He has fantastic work ethic, strong communication skills, and he highly benefits our clients, firm, and team.
David brings the Realty Atlanta team an outstanding business background. He has managed multiple companies, understands complex finance, and was retained by the University of Georgia to teach upper level graduate classes. His greatest assets include understanding client needs, negotiation tactics, and the ability to problem solve quickly. David is exceptionally personable and creative. He currently resides in the City of Duluth with his wife and family.
Dave Waters brings over 16 years of experience in environmental consulting, commercial real estate, acquisition, and investment business. His focus is on investment analysis, brokerage, property management, liability, & environmental construction management. In private and partnered investments, he specializes in real estate value enhancement through the development, acquisition, and management of land, retail, petroleum marketer & industrial properties.
Dave was born in Nashville, Tennessee and graduated from Auburn University. He and his family are now well ingrained in the Atlanta community and are involved with various civic and charitable organizations.
Jack is a Licensed General Contractor with over 40 years of experience in commercial building and land projects. Highly motivated, adaptive, client-focused, and purpose-driven, he brings a lifetime of dreaming, designing, and developing projects from land purchase to CO. A Gwinnett County resident since 1987, where he has served on the Downtown Development Authority for two cities, 12 years with Duluth and currently Chairman in Sugar Hill. Jack brings knowledge of quality control, building codes, construction planning, scheduling objectives, management, and budgeting expertise to each city. Years of employment in construction with a passion for building new and improving existing spaces have led Jack to his current role.

As a native of the Snellville, GA area, Jonathan began his career in our Atlanta office, and has been a loyal member of our company since 2019. He is known for his strong relationships in Gwinnett county, and well rounded circle of clients sourced over many years. Jonathan was formerly a professional golfer, a two-time winner of the Georgia State Open, and a competitor in the Web.com tour. He brings his positive sportsmanship to Realty Companies, and is one of our most driven agents.
Today, Jonathan has been promoted as the first Realty Florida director, and is in the process of building a team in the Panhandle Market.
Kyle graduated from the University of Georgia's #1 Nationally ranked Risk Management and Insurance program through the Terry College of Business. While in college, he served as a County Chairman for Athens-Clarke County on the Cagle for Georgia Campaign. Kyle also worked as a Legislative Assistant for the Georgia Chemistry Council, where he advocated for Georgia's $12.9 billion dollar chemical manufacturing industry. Near the end of his college career, he interned as a Commercial Lines Account Manager focusing on accounts pertaining to forest and lumber products.
Kyle brings a strong entrepreneurial mind-set, diverse work experience, and an ability to work well with anyone. His current focus is Cobb County and in-town Atlanta land deals and redevelopment sites.
Mike is a native of Northern Virginia where he graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and a minor in business.
He has previous sales experience, working for a Volvo car dealer during college. Additionally, Mike co-founded a small residential construction company based in Atlanta where he was responsible for project management, costing and sourcing materials as well as client relations.
These experiences taught Mike the importance of active listening. He developed a keen ability to ask pertinent questions in order to fully grasp and exceed customer expectations. Mike is currently focusing his work in Paulding County, and embracing the opportunity to make a name for himself in the Atlanta commercial real estate market.

Nick Ware is a veteran of the United States military. His career in the U.S. Navy cultivated him into the dependable, trustworthy, and highly motivated commercial real estate agent he is today. "The military pushes an individual to be extremely self-directed, yet able to work well as part of a high-performance team" he stated.
Nick has a degree in business and marketing from Hanover College, a private institution that only accepts around a thousand students a year based on the strength of their GPA. For the tenth consecutive year, The Princeton Review has named Hanover one of the nation's best institutions for undergraduate education.
Nick started his career after college with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. This gave him a foundation for understanding wetland mitigation and state regulation. Later, he worked for the county's code enforcement department which deepened his knowledge of regulation and building requirements. These experiences combined with 4 years as a real estate agent in the area provides Nick the ability to scout and locate viable properties ripe for development.

As CFO, Rhonda plays a fundamental role in the daily happenings of our company. She has been with Realty Atlanta for over twenty years, and brings a variety of skills to our team. Rhonda is also a an associate broker specializing in residential sales, primarily in North Forsyth. She currently resides in Cumming with her husband and son.

As the President and CEO, Shawn Leveto understands the vertical integration process of real estate. He is a 3rd generation family member in the business, an Atlanta native, and a tride and true broker in the industry.
Shawn has an extensive background in site assessment, with years of experience in property development. He believes key relationships consist of land developers, builders, investors, banks, and end users interested in acquiring and disposing of real estate. His attention to detail and ability to employ specific marketing strategies rewards the clients he serves.

Tony Zimlich joins the Realty Georgia team having previously practiced commercial real estate in the Savannah Metro market and surrounding counties. As Vice President of Realty Georgia Tony works tirelessly to oversee a transaction from beginning to end, especially the properties that are more challenging to sell.
Tony is a Kentucky native but has resided in Rincon, GA for over 13 years. He arrived in the low country region while stationed at Hunter Army Airfield, serving in the US Army as a helicopter pilot. After retiring from the Army in 2013, Tony worked overseas government contracts and helped spearhead the first commercial drone use cases in the United States.
Aside from pursuing the CCIM designation, Tony holds his Commercial (rotary), CFII and Part 107 pilot certificates. Tony is also a member of the Combat Helicopter Pilots Association, VFW, American Legion and enjoys living in Rincon with his wife and three daughters.
Tyler is a native of the Atlanta suburbs, graduating from Johns Creek high school in 2015. He attended Kennesaw State University to study business, with the goal of pursuing a career in real estate. Tyler is highly familiar with the areas surrounding metro Atlanta, and looks forward to expanding his network even further. He is an asset to Realty Atlanta for his excellent communication skills, results-driven mindset, and a strong entrepreneurial attitude.
