Ben Hendricks is a 20 year veteran of the Michigan real estate industry. He is an experienced agent/owner, property manager and investor. Ben is licensed Real Estate Broker with the State of Michigan and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Real Estate from Eastern Michigan University. He is a Certified Buyer's Agent and has been certified by National Association of Realtors as a foreclosure and short sale expert. Ben has over 5 million dollars in real estate sales in each of the last 5 years. Ben has built his success on a commitment to customer service and a philosophy to negotiate on behalf of his clients as if they are family. Ben is a member of the Western Wayne Oakland Association of Realtors and National Association Realtors

Heidi Stenson is a University of Michigan graduate and - after raising her three children - discovered her love of real estate. She has been a licensed real estate agent for 6 years, serving the Plymouth, Canton, Northville, and surrounding areas. Heidi is a member of the Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors and the National Association of REALTORS®, as well as The National Association of Gay & Lesbian Real Estate Professionals. Recently, Heidi became a founding member of the national LBGTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. Membership in these professional organizations brings access the latest listings and green real estate technologies, and - most importantly - dictates a strong ethics code, which is vital for both REALTORS® and for clients.
