Dr. CHRISTINA K. WILSON is the president, founder, and CEO of Renaissance Development. Before starting the company in 2004, Dr. Wilson served as an independent consultant to the District of Columbia Department of Transportation (DDOT). From 1998 to 2002, Dr. Wilson served as the Director of Public Programs at the National Building Museum in Washington, DC, where she conceived and directed all the Museum's adult education programs. Dr. Wilson holds a doctorate in architectural history from the University of Virginia, where she taught courses in architectural history and historic preservation for UVA's Division of Continuing Education from 1992 to 1998. Since 2018, Dr. Wilson has taught courses in architectural history and theory at The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. Dr. Christina K. Wilson, president, founder, and CEO of Renaissance Development, holds a doctorate in architectural history from the University of Virginia. After a distinguished career in adult education-teaching college level courses and developing museum education programs-Dr. Wilson founded Renaissance Development in 2004. She also teaches architectural history and theory at The Catholic University of America's School of Architecture and Planning. Dr. Wilson's extensive knowledge of historic buildings, combined with the meticulous efforts of the company's talented artisans, has made Renaissance Development the Washington Metropolitan Region's preeminent company in masonry restoration.
