Anjali Dighe brings strategic focus, vision and leadership skills gained from a successful career guiding the creation and implementation of business processes in order to generate sustained positive results for companies across several industries. Leveraging experience in strategy through business optimization, business development, and performance transformation to a variety of entrepreneurial firms, Ms. Dighe's more than 20 years of progressive experience has enabled her to significantly impact profitability and growth objectives for organizations of which she has served as a strategic partner.
Ms. Dighe holds a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from North Carolina State University. She is a graduate of the Voyagers Program Class of '14 through ACT-IAC, the Leadership Fairfax Class of '10, The Emerging Leaders Institute Class of '03, and the Georgetown International Executive MBA Program Class of '98. She currently volunteers her time as a Committee Member on the Women in Homeland Security STEM Committee. In addition, she served on the Board of Directors of Center for Improving Women's Lives serving as Secretary, the Board of Directors for Leadership Fairfax for 3 years serving as Chair of two committees, and is a founding member of Communities in Schools of Northern Virginia.
Vivek Dighe brings over 25 years of leading and developing business and product strategy, and sales and business development across a multitude of technologies and business sizes. At Oceus Networks (a highly specialized government technology contractor), Mr. Dighe led the Business Development and Capture team for all Public Safety, Federal Civilian, International and Commercial market segments. He led the capture of the FirstNet JerseyNet BTOP program by developing winning teaming and pricing strategies. In addition, Mr. Dighe developed business development strategies and capture plans to penetrate new markets for corporate growth. Prior to Oceus Networks, Mr. Dighe delivered new technology products to the market. He led the Product Management team at Kodiak Networks, a push to talk application provider to mobile carriers and managed an architecture and strategy team at Nextel.
Mr. Dighe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a Concentration in Mathematics. He was a member of the Oak Manor Homeowners Association and has been actively involved as a volunteer at his son's school.
