Matt started his career as a quality control inspector. He has worked as a Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Manager, and Quality Director, before opening his own manufacturing company: Redeemed Services.
Matt has worked for companies in various industries, including: Aerospace (Rexnord), Automotive (MacLean-Fogg), and Tooling (Sandvik). He has several years experience in plastics (injection and compression molding), but most of his expertise is in machining.
