Alan Ojeda, owner, founder and CEO, has developed in South Florida since Rilea's inception in 1981. Mr. Ojeda has been on the cutting edge of real estate developing marquee projects like 1450 Brickell, 1111 Brickell, The Bond and One Broadway. Mr. Ojeda has always pushed the boundary with his projects many-times choosing non-traditional and out-of-the-box routes which have been quite fruitful and successful. A very hands-on minded individual, Mr. Ojeda considers himself a true artisan of buildings as he enjoys every step of the process from early design through all steps of construction.

Alvaro Otero Rodriguez is a part of the development team at Rilea Group. He plays a crucial role by actively engaging in all facets of the development process. This encompasses acquisition, due diligence, entitlement, preconstruction, construction, as well as property management. In addition, Mr. Otero Rodriguez provides assistance to the president in day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
Mr. Otero Rodriguez holds a Master of Real Estate Development and Urbanism from the University of Miami, as well as a Bachelor of Urban Design and Urban Planning from Florida Atlantic University.
Anthony Rey, Director of Construction, is responsible for pre-construction, procurement, compliance, coordination of construction and turnover operations as well as a liaison to property management. He adherently oversees pre-construction activities involving land acquisition, solicitation of RFP's/RFQ's, evaluate feasibility, due diligence, budgeting and scheduling. Throughout his career he has been the principal in charge of numerous types of projects ranging from small volume to several hundred million dollars individually and overall cumulative operation nearing one billion dollars. These projects have included Railways, Hotels, Office/Residential Buildings, Light Industrial, Institutional, Lower and Higher Education, Affordable Housing and Government Projects with Veteran's Administration/Internal Services Department oversight as well as environmental assessment and cleanup assessments and reporting. Mr. Rey graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida International University.

Diego Ojeda, President of Rilea Group, joined the family enterprise in 2008. Mr. Ojeda's responsibilities include devising and executing growth strategy, deal structuring and execution, project management, assets portfolio management, and performance management.
Grace Toro, Controller, joined Rilea Group in 2013 as controller for the accounting department for property management and development, supervisor for Lease Admin, AR, AP and accounting systems, in charge of HR department and liaison for insurance brokers, legal, real estate brokers and contract administrators. With commercial, residential and development accounting experience since 2004, having worked at Equity One Inc, a public traded company, as Accounting Supervisor for 120 properties and at Terranova Corp as a Senior Accountant for owned and third party property management accounting. Prior experience on development job costing and condo conversion at Crescent Heights Inc and for over 5 years as controller at Bal Harbor Gallery in charge of accounting, marketing,inventory, HR, legal and liaison with artist, art suppliers, gallery owners, art events, museums and exhibits. Ms. Toro graduated cum laude from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.

Lucia Ojeda, Director of Property Management, joined the family company in 2015. Mrs. Ojeda is involved in all facets of the company ranging from new and existing developments to property management. Mrs. Ojeda has an MBA from the prestigious IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. She graduated from Boston's Emerson College with a Bachelor's Degree in Science - Marketing Communication with a concentration in Advertising and Public Relations.
She's worked in Madrid, Spain for *S,C,P,F… (one of Spain's leading creative advertising agencies and a member of the WPP Group), in Miami, Florida for The Jeffrey Group (one of Miami's top integrated communications agency), and in New York for The Bravo Group (a leading creative advertising agency and a member of the WPP Group).
Luis M. Ojeda, Project Executive, joined the family company in 2017. Mr. Ojeda is involved in pre-construction, procurement, compliance, coordination of construction and turnover operations as well as liaison to property management. In addition, Mr. Ojeda is involved in all facets of the company ranging from new and existing developments, acquisitions, due diligence and entitlements.
Prior to joining Rilea Group, Mr. Ojeda worked for Coastal Construction as a Project Estimator and later Project Engineer. During his time there, he was involved in numerous types of projects ranging from hotels, office and residential buildings to resorts.
With over 25 years of leading-edge design and development experience, Mr. Coleman's expertise in luxury development has spanned the country from Texas to New York and from California to South Florida. Most recently, Mr. Coleman has spent the past 18 years in South Florida. His experience encompasses millions of square-feet of residential and mixed-use developments totaling well over 2-1/2 billion dollars worth of investment.
Educated as an architect, engineer and developer, Mr. Coleman has spent most of his career leading development teams in various aspects of real estate projects ranging from acquisition, concept, design and construction, to marketing, branding, leasing and sales. His skill and expertise have proven indispensible in challenging situations, from highly escalated to severely distressed markets, while his ability to produce has been instrumental in the development and launch of many successful projects in densely populated urban markets. As Director of Development for the Rilea Group, Mr. Coleman brings extensive real-world experience and unparalleled commitment to high quality, market-driven results.
Prior to Rilea Group, Mr. Coleman was President of Development at One Real Estate Investment. Previously he was Senior Vice-President of Development at Newgard Development and held senior management roles at the Related Group of Florida and Crescent Heights, two of the nation's largest real estate developers.
Mr. Coleman is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development. He is also a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he earned both a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering. Mr. Coleman is currently Vice-Chair of the Wynwood Design Review Committee and a licensed architect in Florida and Texas, and has served as a member of the Aventura Marketing Council, the Miami Beach Development Commission and the American Institute of Architects.
Max Mathurin, Project Manager, joined the Rilea Group family in the spring of 2023. Mr. Mathurin is involved in preconstruction, coordination of construction as well as turn over operations. He works closely with the Director of Construction to ensure overall project goals are met.
Prior to Rilea Group, Mr. Mathurin worked as Project Manager for CMC Construction being involved in various types of projects ranging from residential and commercial buildings, interior build-out and restorations. Previously he worked as Senior Project Engineer for Desimone Consulting Engineers.
Mr. Mathurin is a graduate of the University of Miami where he earned a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. He is currently a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Florida.

Nicholas Goles is a part of the development team at Rilea Group. He plays a crucial role by actively engaging in all facets of the capital markets and development process. This encompasses capital raising efforts, deal structuring, acquisition, due diligence, entitlement, preconstruction, construction, as well as property management. In addition, Mr. Goles provides assistance to the president in day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
Mr. Goles holds a B.S. in International Business & Management, as well as a minor in economics and Italian from Dickinson College, where he was captain of the Varsity Men's Lacrosse Team. Mr. Goles is an active member of the Raven's Claw Honorary Society at Dickinson College, one of the oldest honorary societies at Dickinson College and the country.
