Originally from Central Illinois, she has a bachelor's degree in Mortuary Science and Funeral Service from Southern Illinois University of Carbondale. She loves helping families and educating the public about different aspects of the funeral industry and the choices available to them. She resides in Prairie du Sac, volunteers as a compliance specialist for the Green Burial Council and is a proud member of the Circus City Derby Dames.

Elizabeth "Betty" Smith

Betty is survived by her children Barbara Smith of Baraboo, Dr. Thomas Smith of Mukwonago, Theresa (Donald) Hacker of Ripon, and Mary Anne Haynes of Waukesha; grandchildren Emma Smith, Aidan Smith, Benjamin (Nicole) Hacker, Drew (Ashley) Hacker, Anne Hacker, Dustin (Rebecca) Hacker, Abigail Haynes, Laura (Trevor) Nichol, and Karen (Micheal) Sharkey; great-grandchildren Quinn, Norah, Graham, Avery, Reed, Reece, Seth, Brynnley, Silas, Grace, and Hezekiah; a brother, Paul (Carol) Gallagher of New Berlin; and a sister-in-law, Dorothy Gallagher of Lodi. She also leaves behind many cherished friends. Betty was preceded in death by her parents; husband, David; three sisters; and five brothers. A mass will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Baraboo. Visitation is from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the mass at the church. Aluncheon will follow directly after the service at the church, burial will take place at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery following the lunch. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Boys and Girls Club of Sauk County, Baraboo Homeless Shelter, or a charity of your choice.

Jeff came to Baraboo in July of 2020. He comes to Baraboo with 15 years experience having worked in Illinois and most recently in the Madison area. In his free time he enjoys cooking and spending time with his dog.

Mandy Ertz

Baraboo native, Mandy Ertz, joined the Redlin Funeral Home in 2007. She was a Baraboo High School Graduate and obtained her Mortuary Science Degree from Milwaukee Area Technical College in 2006. To assist in serving families, Mandy became a license Insurance Intermediary in August 2013. Mandy purchased the funeral home from the Redlin's in May 2016. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and playing volleyball.
