I do not limit myself to what I am supposed to do. I focus on goals, dive deeply into things and can't help thinking about get it done. It is about "making the difference" as a professional, as a team mate, as a father, as a friend... Sport had a huge impact on my life and values. I played several sports but most American Football (and I did pretty well winning as player and manager). Today my sport is Chess, much more suitable for my age, and reading... Sport taught me the importance of working together, fairly, for a bigger purpose. Improving products, services, process is not a personal thing... It is about improving the whole environment and improving people's life.
