Angel Fackler

Angel is so easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable and most often was able to explain things to us better than both the loan officer from the bank and the rep from the Title Co. She was there for us whenever we needed her. She responded to our emails and phone calls very quickly. There was a question above about the office staff but we never needed them. Angel was on top of everything. We would use her again but I believe we are now in our forever home. We will continue to recommend her to anyone we know that needs a top notch Real Estate Agent. Bill Schmidt

Bill was very knowledgeable and was always up on his research. He had sources and connections that eased the stress of some tricky moments. He was always willing to run all over the place. He was in constant contact and always laid out our options in a very satisfactory manner. He stuck with us through a couple selling seasons, which comforted us. Prior to earning his Realtor License in 2009, Bill Schmidt worked on the financial side of real estate. He earned a Bachelor of Finance Degree in 1990 and a Masters Degree in Business Administration in 1997, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. For over 19 years, Bill held positions in consumer lending, commercial lending and bank operations at financial institutions such as US Bank (formerly First Wisconsin/Firstar), Associated Bank (formerly State Financial Bank) and Anchor Bank. His former experience as Vice President of Commercial Lending has prepared him for the day-to-day details of buying, selling and investing in the real estate market. Bill Schmidt was born and raised in a small town in Sheboygan County. After graduating from Plymouth High School in 1985 he moved to the east side of Milwaukee to attend college. Upon graduation he spent the next 11 years living and working in and around the Milwaukee area. In 2002 he moved his family to the town of West Bend where they were able to purchase a lot and build their dream home. As a resident of West Bend for 16 years, he has been involved in his community through West Bend Little League, Basketball, Scouting and Our Savior's Lutheran Church. Aside from his enthusiasm for real estate, Bill has a passion for travel, especially anywhere warm and tropical. When he is away, he keeps in close contact with his clients by taking his office (lap top/cell phone) with him. Bill works with buyers and sellers throughout Southeastern Wisconsin in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate transactions, including: Single Family Homes, Condos, Investment Properties, and Foreclosures. Colleen was a wonderful agent to work with. From the time that we first met her, she was professional and warm. She was practical with her advice and wasn't demanding.
