RELIEF

The Relief Laboratory (aka Regionális Limnológiai és Földtani Laboratórium) is a young, dynamically developing consulting firm providing modelling support in the field of surface and subsurface hydrology, conservation of water resources and other water-related environmental problems... Our activities build on the success of several years of experience in numerical modelling. We are currently involved in the development of a finite element code package and its graphical user interface in Perl/Tk, inverse modelling theory, automatic mesh generation, design of various algorithms and their implementation, preprocessing and visualisation problems, training, maintanance of related Web pages, and modelling large scale, real-world cases in the field of nuclear waste management and in groundwater conservation.
