Jack Strollo

Jack is a native of Lakeland, Florida and has been in real estate since 1999. With family ties in Lakeland dating back to 1948, Jack has forged, not only strong relationships in the community of greater Lakeland, but more specifically in the brokerage community of Central Florida. He has previously held brokerage positions with commercial real estate firms such as Herring & Company and Waller Realty. Jack has also had the opportunity to serve as CEO of Keller Williams Realty of Polk, managing a real estate team of over 250 agents. He currently gives back to the community through a variety of local organizations including; Lakeland Association of Realtors, volunteer; and IREM, Income & Expense Committee chair. Past services include: Tri-County Human Services, Treasurer; Platform art, board of directors; Lakeland Rotary South, volunteer with the Lakeland Downtown Partnership. Polk County Builders Association Foundation, board member; Leadership Lakeland, Class XXVIII; Radio Host, "Homes & Loans", WLKF 1430AM; Junior Achievement, volunteer teacher; and Noah's Ark, board of directors. Jack continues to be heavily involved in both the brokerage community of Central Florida and the greater communities of Lakeland and surrounding areas. He is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate (IREM) Chapter 44, and also CCIM's West Coast Chapter.

Lori Wolf

Lori joined Broadway Real Estate in 2017. Her professional career includes over 10 years of corporate accounting experience across various industries. She received her Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from Southeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Matt Clark - President

Matt is a long time Lakelander who began his professional career as a commercial litigator, with a strong focus on commercial real estate litigation. Matt received his undergraduate education at the University of Florida with a Business Management Degree. Matt went on to attend law school at the University of Florida, where he graduated with a J.D., Magna Cum Laude. Matt began his legal career with one of Atlanta's largest law firms, Troutman Sanders LLP, before returning to Lakeland and joining Clark, Campbell, Lancaster & Munson, P.A. In 2009, Matt left the practice of law and formed two real estate start-up companies: Broadway Real Estate Services and StoreRight Self Storage. Broadway owns and manages the largest portfolio of Class A office properties in Lakeland, with its primary focus in Downtown. Since inception in late 2010, StoreRight Self Storage has acquired and manages ten Class A self storage facilities located throughout Central Florida, consisting of over 600,000 rentable square feet. Matt has also been active in the local community, most recently serving as the Chairman for Ignite Lakeland (a downtown visioning group), prior Treasurer and Board of Directors for the Lakeland Downtown Development Authority, prior Board of Directors for the Lakeland Downtown Community Redevelopment Agency, prior Board of Directors for Girls, Inc., and various committees at the Lakeland Yacht & Country Club. Matt now serves as the President for both Broadway and StoreRight.

Shaun Puri

Shaun began his professional career as an attorney with a strong emphasis on real estate litigation and municipal law. Having graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgia State University, Shaun went on to attend law school at Florida State University and received his Juris Doctorate in 2005. Immediately out of law school, Shaun was recruited by the boutique law firm of Morrison & Mills in Tampa, where he practiced for seven years in the areas of real estate, construction and business litigation, and achieved an AV Peer Review rating with Martindale-Hubbell. Transitioning out of litigation and into transactional law, Shaun joined one of Tampa's premier law firms, Foley & Lardner, where he practiced with the Real Estate Department before joining Broadway Real Estate and StoreRight Self Storage as Vice President of Real Estate and Construction in 2015. Shaun currently serves as General Counsel, and manages all commercial, residential, retail and self-storage development projects for Broadway and StoreRight.

Stephanie DoNn

Mrs. Donn joined Broadway Real Estate in 2015, She held a number of positions in all aspects of the business before coming to the company. She has over 18 years of experience in the residential property industry. A native of Florida, Ms. Donn holds an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). As well as a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) through National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

Tom Anderson - CFO

Tom brings an extensive and diverse real estate background to the Broadway team, with a strong focus on the financial aspects associated with commercial real estate investments. Tom graduated from Florida State University where he graduated Cum Laude with an Accounting Degree. He went on to receive his MBA from Florida Southern College. Tom began his professional career at a prominent local CPA firm and then went on to SunTrust Bank where he worked in there commercial lending department. After SunTrust, Tom went to work for the Century Realty Funds family of projects in various roles dealing with financing and refinancing multiple properties and portfolios. Tom has also been active in the local community, most recently serving on the Board of Directors for Explorations V Children's Museum. Tom now serves as the CFO for both StoreRight and Broadway.
