Dr. Paul Lambert is a board certified plastic surgeon, who joined Hallmark Plastic Surgery in Winchester, Virginia, in 2001. A native of Miami, Florida, he completed his undergraduate studies at Florida International University. For his medical degree, Dr. Lambert attended Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia.
After medical school, he completed his surgical training through a competitive six-year general surgery residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School. He then pursued a 2 year specialized plastic surgery fellowship at Penn State Hershey Medical Center.
Research has been a consistent part of Dr. Lambert's professional life. During his general surgery residency, he spent one year pursuing breast cancer research. As a result, he has presented numerous papers in surgical journals. He has also been an active speaker and presenter for a number of surgical societies.
Dr. Lambert has been highly trained with extensive experience in many of the most requested plastic surgery procedures. In addition to his expertise in many cosmetic procedures, he also provides the skilled reconstruction techniques that are needed by patients who have been affected by trauma or cancer.
As office manager, Kayde assists Dr. Lambert with the administrative tasks and maintains an efficient office environment. She specializes in medical billing and will assist you with all your financial concerns.

Stephanie manages and coordinates all aspects of clinical patient care. She assists Dr. Lambert in the office and during surgeries. She provides excellent and compassionate patient care.
Tracy has been with Hallmark Plastic Surgery since 2001. As front office coordinator, she manages the office schedule, patient registration as well as insurance authorizations.
As a licensed aesthetician, Wendy Twigg has been with Facial Boutique since 2004. Her extensive training in skin care and various spa techniques will allow you to achieve the most out of your spa experience.
