RCI is a person-centered provider. We believe that people with I/DD should be able to express what they want in their everyday lives, make their own choices, be a part of their community, be respected, have friends, work in the community, manage their own money, and have opportunities to be afforded happiness and find purpose... One component that sets RCI apart from other agencies is our nursing services. On staff, we have one Registered Nurse (RN) and one Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who bring years of nursing expertise to the people we serve. Our goal is to provide quality healthcare and ensure that each person's medical, dental, vision, and psychological needs are met... Our staff are committed to providing great medical care to the individuals who live in RCI's homes. Their health is highly valued. Our nursing staff and certified DSPs communicate and advocate on behalf of our individuals to find the best medical care from a person's primary care physician to a specialist.
