Our main activities comprise of mining, processing, shipping and export of iron ore. Our group came to be formed in 1987 by Mr. Dipak M. Rajani, the groups Managing Partner . Over the past 15 years, as an independent family owned business, we have emerged with a strong presence in the Goan mining industry... Today we operate a mine in south Goa and own a state of the art beneficiation plant for processing iron ore. In addition to iron ore, we have also undertaken various civil construction and real estate projects and other trading activities adding to our diversified portfolio. We also have interests in mining of silica sand.
