ROSCH COMPANY - Key Persons
Job Titles:
- Chief Engineer of ROSCH Engineering
Brian is responsible for all engineering operations and manages the design team. His team creates all preliminary estimating designs. Brian has been with ROSCH since 2012. He is a licensed Professional Engineer with +25 years experience and has a Bachelors of Science in civil engineering from Iowa State University.
Clint is responsible for the estimating and preconstruction. He started at ROSCH Companies in 2009. Clint has a Bachelor's in civil engineering from University of Missouri-Rolla (now Missouri S&T). He has his LEED, AP credentials and is OSHA 30 certified.

- Executive Vice President of Operations
John is responsible for the field operations nationwide and has overseen all of the largest and most complex projects ROSCH have built in North America. He started at ROSCH in 1994. He is OSHA 30 Certified, Competent Person Certified, and has participated in various NCMA programs for modular block and brick installation.

- Partner / VP of ROSCH Southwest and ROSCH West
Rich is responsible for the day to day operations of the entire Southwest region. Rich is a Licensed Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in earth retention structures. He started at ROSCH in 2012. He has his Bachelors of Science in civil engineering from Texas A&M University and is a Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Scott started the business in 1991 and has developed it into a national operation and has led the +28 year growth by developing key leadership at each location. Scott is leading the future expansion in new markets, and shares his success by serving on the boards of Care to Learn as well as contributing time and resources to many other non-profits.

Steve is responsible for the operations of the Western region. Steve is a Licensed Professional Engineer with over 15 years of experience in earth retention systems. He started at in 2018. He has his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
Trish started with ROSCH in 2011 and is responsible for all accounting functions for the company. She has a Bachelors of Science degree in accounting and had 30+ years of accounting experience.
