With a degree in Marketing from Oklahama State University and experience in providing tax leveraged lease financing for Fortune 500 Corporations, Bill has began his real estate career in 1973, specializing in the acquisition of investment properties. In 1983, he incorporated W. R. Rose Company, the predecessor of W. R. Rose Investments, Inc., to organize joint ventures to buy and sell undeveloped properties, discounted notes and broker real estate in Texas.
