Clarissa M. Peñalosa

A lawyer with 32 years of experience in the trust banking industry, Atty. Peñalosa specializes in employee plan designs, wealth management, estate planning, and trust investment advisory. Atty. Peñalosa worked with Far East Bank and Trust Company, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) and BDO Private Bank and was a trainor at the Trust Institute Foundation of the Philippines. Atty. Peñalosa continues to design trust/fiduciary and other estate planning tools customized for clients' requirements.

Gloria S. Calonge

Atty. Calonge is a lawyer licensed in the Philippines and by the Bars of New York and Virginia in the United States. She has been actively practicing law in the areas of Immigration, Domestic Relations and Philippine matters for 35 years. Atty. Calonge graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in B.S. Foreign Service and a Bachelor of Laws Degree. She obtained her Master of Laws degree from the Washington College of Law of the American University in Washington DC.

Julieta C. Lagmay - CEO, President

Ms. Lagmay was a key player in the development and growth of RGFS. having joined the company since inception. She worked with foreign counterparties on settlement and documentation of trades. A trust banker by profession with over 20 years of experience, she was the Head of the Portfolio Management Department and a member of the Investment Committee of the former Far East Bank and Trust Company (FEBTC). She jointly headed the same department after FEBTC's merger with the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI).

Rachelle Maria C. Bunao

Ms. Bunao worked with Far East Bank and Trust Company, Bank of the Philippine Islands and GE Money Bank covering Trust Banking Products, Personal Wealth Management and Compliance. She handled middle and back office requirements for offshore funds. Currently Ms. Bunao heads the Pension Team at RGFS.

Rodolfo B. Fernandez

A lawyer with extensive experience in banking, Atty. Fernandez gained expertise as trust practitioner, compliance officer and estate planner. He served as Chief Legal counsel of Far East Bank and Trust Company (FEBTC), Chief Compliance Officer and AMLA head of BPI Family Savings Bank, compliance officer of the Mutual Fund Companies managed by BPI AMTG, and chairman of legal committees in civic organizations involved in banking and real estate activities. He is a staunch advocate of ease of doing business, financial inclusion, consumer protection, good governance and estate planning.

Rosa Maria C. Tantoco

A former SVP and Head of HSBC Securities, Global Trade and Receivables Finance, Ms. Tantoco developed client strategy; managed sales, client services, and middle office and back office operations. She worked for HSBC for over 30 years in various fields namely international operations, credit and relationship management, securities services and global trade and receivables finance.
