Leslie Luke is an associate attorney at Rosenbaum & Taylor, P.C. Leslie represents both businesses and individuals on a variety of legal issues, including personal injury, Labor Law, wrongful death, products liability, premises liability, property damage and contract and commercial disputes. She represents clients including property managers, property owners, real estate developers, service providers, maintenance companies, product manufacturers, construction companies, security companies and elevator companies. Leslie handles all aspects of civil litigation, including investigating claims, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing motions. Leslie has written and argued appeals in the Appellate Division of the Second Department. Dara L. Rosenbaum is one of the founding partners of Rosenbaum & Taylor, P.C. Dara represents both individuals and businesses on a variety of legal issues, including contract negotiation and drafting, business disputes, personal injury, wrongful death, Labor Law, products liability, mechanic's liens, property damage and insurance. She counsels and advises individuals and businesses on transactional matters and represents them in lawsuits, whether they need to sue, or are being sued. Dara handles all aspects of civil litigation from investigation to trial to appeal, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions and drafting and arguing motions and appeals. Whether she is handling complex litigation or a more straight forward business deal, Dara focuses on meeting her clients' needs and works efficiently to achieve the results they desire. Experience Dara, a native New Yorker, began her legal career at a small litigation firm in downtown Manhattan where she represented individuals and businesses in a variety of commercial disputes and property damage and personal injury lawsuits. Dara next joined a mid-sized firm in New York City where she first met Scott Taylor and worked on a team with him, representing individuals and businesses throughout New York. Scott Taylor is one of the founding partners of Rosenbaum & Taylor, P.C. Scott represents both businesses and individuals on a variety of legal issues, including litigation, business disputes, contract drafting and negotiating, personal injury, wrongful death, Labor Law, products liability, property damage, and insurance. Scott counsels and advises his clients on transactional matters and represents them in lawsuits, whether they are suing or being sued. Scott handles all aspects of civil litigation from investigation to trial to appeal, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions and drafting and arguing motions and appeals. Scott has extensive experience trying cases in the Supreme and Civil Courts of New York and the Federal Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts. He has written and argued appeals in the Appellate Divisions of the First and Second Department and in the Court of Appeals. Scott is a zealous advocate for his clients, whether negotiating a contract or arguing a legal issue in court. Scott works with his clients to assure that they receive the support and representation they require. Scott has reviewed, drafted and negotiated countless contracts over his many years of practice. There he gained insight into how the courts work and how judges think and decide legal disputes. Scott next joined a mid-sized civil litigation law firm in midtown Manhattan. Scott was a partner at that firm for over 20 years, handling and trying cases in all areas of civil litigation. It was at this firm where Scott began working with Dara Rosenbaum, with whom he ultimately started Rosenbaum & Taylor, P.C.
