Brent Alexander has been performing demographic and housing research in Texas since 1999. Prior to joining RSI in 2006, Brent served as a Senior Market Analyst for Mercedes Homes and Pulte Homes. He has produced operational strategic plans, feasibility studies, subdivision evaluations, market segmentation analysis, and product performance reports. Brent also serves as the director of RSI's affiliate company, School District Strategies.

Cassie Gibson began her career with JPI, a national multi-family developer, and joined RSI in 2003. She has conducted in-depth analysis on hundreds of new home communities in Dallas, Ft. Worth, Austin, and San Antonio. Outside of Texas, Cassie has been involved with research projects in California, Florida, Arizona, Maryland, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
Ted Wilson (30+ years experience) began his career with Vantage Companies. During the 1980's, he developed apartments as well as a residential golf course community with the Parkford Companies. Since 1992, Ted has consulted in the new home industry, performing analyses on hundreds of new home communities. He founded Residential Strategies Inc. in 1997.
