Anna Finklestein (she/her) joined Reynders, McVeigh in August 2022 as an Assistant Wealth Advisor. In this role, Anna supports portfolio managers in helping clients achieve their financial goals, pursue impact investment opportunities, and engage meaningfully as shareholders. Prior to joining the Reynders, McVeigh team, Anna worked at ActBlue, where she helped nonprofits build grassroots, digital fundraising programs. She holds a BA in History from Portland State University and an M.Ed. in Secondary Social Studies Education from Goddard College. Anna is an active member of Resource Generation, an organization committed to the equitable distribution of wealth, land, and power. She is currently trying to hike all 48 4,000-foot mountains in New Hampshire.

ANTHONY FRIGO

Anthony acts as a main of point of contact with institutional partners that introduce new business opportunities for the firm. He is also responsible for the coordination of meetings for new referral prospects and ensures effective communication is made throughout the process. He is responsible for monitoring and executing equity trades for the firm. He oversees performance calculations in accordance with GIPS standards. Anthony is a registered Investment Advisor Representative with his Series 65 license and graduated from Bryant University in 2019 with a degree in finance. He joined Reynders, McVeigh in January 2021.

ASHLEY LYONS

Ashley is the senior operations manager and works closely with client service and portfolio managers to oversee the day-to-day operations and processes that affect clients. She also works with every department to develop and streamline internal organizational structures, allowing the Firm to tailor services to each client's needs and create a smooth and easy client experience with the Reynders, McVeigh team. She has been with the Firm since 2007. Ashley graduated from Salem State with a BA in education and business and holds a certificate in financial planning from Boston University. Ashley lives north of the city with her husband, four children, and golden retriever.

AUDRA GARDNER

Audra serves as the deputy chief compliance officer and information security manager for Reynders, McVeigh. Her responsibilities include managing the Firm's cybersecurity and vendor due diligence programs, along with ownership of the Compliance department's ongoing monitoring activities. She has been with the Firm since 2018. Prior to joining Reynders, McVeigh, Audra served as senior operations and compliance analyst for Covalent Partners, LLC. At Covalent, Audra was responsible for implementing and maintaining all aspects of their compliance program, along with serving as the main investor relations contact. Audra received her BS in business management from Babson College and has passed the Investment Advisor Certified Compliance Professional® examination. Outside of the office, she enjoys running and spending time with her family.

CARRIE A. ENDRIES

Carrie advises individuals, families, and foundations at Reynders, McVeigh. She is an Investment Committee member and also directs the Firm's private impact investment work. Carrie has been with Reynders, McVeigh since 2014, and brings over 20 years of experience as a researcher, teacher, and investment professional to its sustainable investment work. Dedicated to the nonprofit and impact communities, Carrie is the current board chair at Camp Starfish, a program for emotionally and behaviorally challenged kids, and a board member at the innovative Jewish Studio Project. She mentors nonprofits through the Social Innovation Forum and serves as a professional advisor to the Cambridge Community Foundation. She is also a member of the Boston Economic Club. Carrie graduated from Bowdoin College and earned a Ph.D. in history from Harvard University. Carrie lives with her family in Somerville, where they are active in supporting the local food scene and businesses in their vibrant urban community.

CHRISTIAN MAHONEY

Christian is an Associate Wealth Advisor at Reynders, McVeigh. In this role, Christian assists portfolio managers in constructing tailored portfolios and working with clients to reach their financial goals. In addition, Christian provides support in equity research, and works directly with clients on their ongoing client service needs including account opening, money movement and ongoing maintenance. Christian is a registered Investment Advisor Representative with his FINRA Series 65 license. Before joining Reynders, McVeigh in 2020, Christian began his career on the client service team at Carson Wealth Management. He is a graduate from Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he received his BBA in finance and minored in information technology. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golfing, and traveling.

Clay Bruning

Clay has been with Reynders, McVeigh since 2022. As an equity research analyst, Clay spends his time reading SEC filings and transcripts of earnings calls, conducting fundamental analysis, and speaking with management teams. Before joining Reynders, McVeigh, Clay spent two years as an investment analyst at The Motley Fool and two years as a consultant at FactSet Research Systems. Clay graduated with magna cum laude honors from Elon University with a BSBA in finance and is a CFA® charterholder.

Connor Busch

Connor joined Reynders, McVeigh in 2024 as an Operations Analyst. He works within the Operations team and is responsible for monitoring and executing equity trades for the firm. He also takes part in various data management and performance tasks. Before Reynders, McVeigh, Connor worked as an Operations & Trading Analyst at RWA Wealth Partners. He graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2020 with a degree in Business Project Management. He was also a member of the men's ice hockey team.

ERIC SAMPLE - VP

Eric joined Reynders, McVeigh in 2012 and serves as vice president. One of Eric's roles at the Firm is as director of fixed income. As such, his responsibilities include conducting credit research and analysis and constructing fixed income portfolios for each client relationship. Additionally, Eric serves as an equity research analyst for the Firm and is an Investment Committee member. He is also in charge of business development for the Firm's institutional relationships, managing referral networks, overseeing inflows, and providing insight on portfolio construction and performance attribution. Prior to his time with Reynders, McVeigh, Eric worked at The Colony Group, LLC, conducting credit research and managing fixed income portfolios, among other responsibilities. He graduated from Bentley University with a BS in finance and is a CFA® charterholder. As research director, Eric is responsible for conducting fundamental analysis of equities. His methods for analysis are comprehensive and extensive, and may include analyzing SEC filings, reviewing company earnings calls, and speaking directly with company management.

Hazie Ghazali-Cho

Hazie provides client service support at Reynders, McVeigh. Hazie sets up new accounts, processes client requests and facilitates money movement. Hazie's experience is reflected in her ability to problem solve, providing consistent service to clients. Before joining Reynders, McVeigh in 2019, Hazie was a client service associate with The Retirement Group in San Diego. There she assisted investment advisors who were managing accounts of employees retiring from Fortune 500 companies. She was also a registered client associate with UBS Financial Services in Boston, supporting financial advisors managing high-net-worth clients. Hazie earned a BSBA in international business from Bowling Green State University, Ohio, and her MBA from Northeastern University. Hazie has also been a yoga instructor and completed her yoga teacher training from Maui Yoga Shala in Paia, Maui; she has taught yoga classes in Maui, Phoenix, and San Diego.

JACQUI SMITH

Jacqui advises and manages investment portfolios for individuals, families, trusts, and charitable institutions and is also a leader on the RMCM shareholder engagement team. Prior to joining Reynders, McVeigh in January of 2021, Jacqui held positions as vice president, private client advisor at Bank of America Private Bank; senior fellow at the Intentional Endowments Network; senior sales manager at Gulf Oil; and energy advisor at Tradition Energy. Jacqui received a BA cum laude in communications and psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and holds an MBA in economics of financial markets from Bentley University. She also holds the Chartered SRI Counselor ℠ designation and Series 66 license. Jacqui is an adjunct professor at Bentley University teaching Introduction to ESG & Impact Investing, is a member and former co-chair of the Boston chapter of Women Investing in a Sustainable Economy (WISE), a circle leader for Invest for Better, and a member of the Boston Women's Leadership Council. She also volunteers for the PJT Memorial Foundation in the South Shore where she resides with her family.

JAMES JURGENS

In these roles, James helps implement investment strategies for clients to help them reach their long-term goals and executes equity trades for multiple portfolio managers. Before joining Reynders, McVeigh in 2018, James worked at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. He graduated with a BS in finance from Providence College, where he was a member of the men's lacrosse team. JOYCE JORDAN

Joyce is the office and accounts payable manager at Reynders, McVeigh. She has been overseeing reception, managing office administration duties, and assisting the Operations team since 2018.

KATHRYN EGAN

Kathryn manages a variety of communication needs, including overseeing the creation and distribution of all Firm mailings and marketing materials. Kathryn also provides support to the Client Service team. Kathryn was previously responsible for the opening and funding of new accounts as well as providing administrative support and assisting the Firm's Operations team. Kathryn joined Reynders, McVeigh in 2015. Prior to her time with Reynders, McVeigh, Kathryn worked for an online media company in Los Angeles providing a variety of administrative, marketing, and social media support functions. Kathryn graduated from Elon University with a BA in strategic communications and a minor in psychology.

KEVIN FAIRWEATHER

Kevin currently serves as controller and has been with Reynders, McVeigh since 2014. He is responsible for the day-to-day financial management of the Firm, developing internal procedures and best practices, as well as specific aspects of data operations. In addition to accounting, he has a strong background in data management and reporting. Kevin previously worked for Presidio Networked Solutions. He graduated from Saint Anselm College with a BBA and received his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.

MARIA EGAN

Maria (she/her) advises individuals, families, trusts, and charitable institutions by implementing investment strategies that help clients of Reynders, McVeigh align their assets with their individual needs and values. She is an Investment Committee member, and director of the Firm's shareholder engagement work. She sits as Trustee for clients, upholding the highest professional and fiduciary standards. Maria is also on the Impact Investing Investment Committee. She has been with Reynders, McVeigh since 2010. Maria has formerly volunteered as a board member at the Transformative Culture Project, Social Innovation Forum's social entrepreneur accelerator and nonprofit accelerator mentor, Coastal Enterprise, Inc. advisory board, and The Boston Foundation's Professional Advisors Network. Maria holds a BA in management and an MBA from Clark University. She holds a certificate in community development finance from the Carsey School of Public Policy at the University of New Hampshire and participated in Rutgers Business School's Corporate Social Responsibility Certificate Program. Maria is a registered Investment Adviser Representative with her FINRA Series 65 license. She lives with her husband Brian and daughters Penelope and Sophia as active urban dwellers

MARYELIZABETH CONLON-KESSE

MaryElizabeth ("M.E.") joined Reynders, McVeigh in 2016 and is a member of the Client Service Team. M.E. is an assistant portfolio manager, providing support to counselors and their clients across a variety of functions including account opening, money movement, gifting requests and a variety of maintenance items. In her role, she works closely with counselors to provide resources that assist in their portfolio management process as well as acting as a direct contact point for day-to-day client requests. M.E. has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Reynders, McVeigh, M.E. served as head trader for six years at Penobscot Investment Management Company. She had previously spent over 19 years at UBS Financial Services as a financial associate for Chairman's Club Advisors. Her duties included customer service, operations, and portfolio monitoring and analysis. M.E. has a BBA degree, with a concentration in marketing, from St. Bonaventure University. She currently holds the Series 66 license under FINRA.

MIKE DICICCO - COO

Mike joined Reynders, McVeigh in 2020 and currently leads our operations department. In this role, Mike is focused on finding the best available systems to enhance the firms operating platform. His aim is to balance cutting edge technology and automation with a great team of people to design an operating model with data integrity that is geared towards supporting the many needs of our clients and employees. Mike also enjoys managing the operations team and playing the role of mentor for some of the firms younger employees. Before joining Reynders, McVeigh, Mike held roles at Wellington Management and Man Group in an array of back and middle office functions. He has more than 13 years of experience in creating and implementing technology-forward processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Mike graduated from UMass Lowell with a BS in management information systems. Outside of the office, Mike spends most of his energy trying to keep up with his three young children.

NICOLE NGUYEN

Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys traveling, boxing, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

OLIVER FRASER

Oliver is a Compliance Associate at Reynders, McVeigh. He is responsible for monitoring adherence to firm compliance policies, collaborating with the compliance team on assessing compliance risks, contributing to the compliance team's education initiatives, and assisting with the vendor due diligence program. Before joining Reynders, McVeigh in August 2023, Oliver had internships in commercial and residential real estate as well as estate planning in wills and trusts. Oliver graduated from the University of Delaware in 2019 with a BA in Political Science, where he was a member of the men's rowing team. He received a JD from New England Law | Boston in 2023 and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling and is an avid skier.

PATRICK MCVEIGH - Chief Investment Officer, President

Patrick is widely recognized and respected as a pioneer in bringing together traditional investment management with socially responsible investing. He has more than 35 years of experience in the industry, including helping to found Reynders, McVeigh in 2005. Patrick was one of the three original employees at Trillium Asset Management, one of the first investment management firms dedicated solely to ethical investing. In addition to leading that firm's research efforts and serving as editor of Investing for a Better World, Patrick wrote a series of groundbreaking studies conducted by the Social Investment Forum that tracked the growth of socially responsible investing and its implications in the investment markets. He served as a founding board member of SEED, a community loan fund that worked with cooperatives in Haiti. Prior to entering the investment field, Patrick worked in community economic development. He began his efforts as a VISTA volunteer and helped create the San Jose Food Co-op and the first recycling center in that city. He also managed the Youth Opportunity Program at Stanford University, which created jobs and educational opportunities on the campus for low-income teenagers and adults. Patrick is currently on the board of the Waltham YMCA and has previously been on the board of the Waltham Fields Community Farm. He received his BA from Santa Clara University and was named the Scholar-Athlete of the Year of the West Coast Athletic Conference in 1978, partly in recognition of his efforts to start the cross-country team there. He continues to enjoy running (you can follow him on the social media app Strava and on the B.A.A. and Boston Marathon app) and triathlons. He has four children and lives in the oldest house (built in 1716) in Waltham, Massachusetts.

ROBERTO FIGUEIREDO

Roberto serves as a portfolio manager at Reynders, McVeigh. He is responsible for advising on personalized investment portfolios. This includes assisting clients with establishing goals and objectives, working toward developing an appropriate overall strategy, formulating and implementing potential solutions, and conducting periodic reviews to help clients monitor progress toward reaching their initial goals and strategies. In addition, he provides traditional guidance in the areas of asset allocation, tax-minimization strategies, retirement, and multi-generational strategies, from risk-based strategies to banking and lending needs. Roberto brings over 10 years of experience in portfolio management. He began his career at Bank of America Private Bank as a portfolio manager associate before becoming a portfolio manager. Roberto received both his BA in global business and his BS in finance from Suffolk University Sawyer Business School. Roberto holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification and the Chartered SRI Counselor℠ designation.

RYAN MOONEY - Chief Compliance Officer

Ryan oversees the compliance program at Reynders, McVeigh. In her role as Chief Compliance Officer, she brings a background in the law and regulatory matters to implement and maintain the Firm's compliance efforts and to keep the Firm abreast of regulatory trends that may affect Reynders, McVeigh, and its clients. Ryan first joined Reynders, McVeigh in 2014 and served as the deputy chief compliance officer until 2018, when she relocated to California. While on the West Coast, Ryan served as the director of compliance for Polaris Partners, where she supported the design and implementation of their compliance program. Ryan returned to the East Coast, and Reynders, McVeigh, in 2020. Ryan graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 2010 with a BA in history and Russian. She received a JD from Suffolk University Law School in 2013 and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

SUSAN BREMER - CFO

Sue graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. She spent five years with Ernst & Young in Chicago as an auditor and tax manager. She gained experience in the financial industry with Reynders, Gray & Co., Incorporated, a member firm of the New York Stock Exchange, where she served as chief compliance officer and chief financial officer. Sue is a strong believer in the importance of community service. She has served as a grant officer with the Northwest Connecticut Community Foundation and is currently vice president of the Colebrook (Conn.) Historical Society and treasurer of the Colebrook Lions Club. As CFO, Sue oversees Finance and Human Resources for the firm. She has been a member of the Reynders, McVeigh team since its inception, and has been CFO since 2009. She also served as chief compliance officer for seven years and completed the Investment Advisor Certified Compliance Professional® designation program.

Thalia Blanco

Thalia joined Reynders, McVeigh in September 2022 as a client service associate. In her role, she assists clients in account opening, money movement, gifting, and regular maintenance requests. Before joining Reynders, McVeigh, Thalia worked at John Hancock as a Retirement Service Specialist, assisting individuals with their retirement funds. Thalia graduated from the University of Massachusetts Boston with a B.S. in International Business Management and a minor in Mandarin. Outside of the office, Thalia enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and being a pet mom to her dog Bono; two cats, Mamas and Juju Meowington; as well as a ball python named Tziri.

THOMAS ROCHE - VP

Tom has been with Reynders, McVeigh since its founding in 2005. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Tom has focused his efforts on creating an efficient trading and operations infrastructure, allowing the Reynders, McVeigh team to focus on researching, investing, and delivering a personalized experience for all clients. Throughout his career at Reynders, McVeigh, Tom's duties and schedule have been managed to permit direct client engagement, the role that Tom finds most rewarding. He serves as portfolio manager to a number of wealth management relationships and he leads a team that provides advice to several law firms' trust departments. On any given day he can be found managing portfolios, working with clients, and helping staff find the most efficient method to achieve their clients' goals. Prior to joining the Firm, Tom was the head trader and operations director at Old Harbor Capital Management. He began his career in financial services at State Street Bank and Scudder Kemper Investments. Tom graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a BA in economics and is a CFA® charterholder.

Trent Mullen

Trent is responsible for the reconciliation of daily positions and transactions, as well as for keeping a close eye on the integrity of information flowing into Reynders, McVeigh databases. He reviews monthly and quarterly portfolio performance information and assists in the creation of composite data in accordance with GIPS standards. Before Reynders, McVeigh, Trent was an Investor Services Intern with Putnam Investments. He graduated summa cum laude from Merrimack College in 2022, with a double concentration in Corporate Finance & Investments and Management.

YIANNIS MITROPOULOS

Yiannis serves as an advisor to a number of individual portfolios, assisting clients and families with portfolio construction and allocation, along with being lead contact on matters relating to their accounts. Yiannis also helps lead a major law firm relationship in which he advises on over $1 billion in assets, speaking to and advising trustees regarding client assets. Prior to joining Reynders, McVeigh in 2008, Yiannis spent three years with Thunderstorm Capital, where he worked his way up to the position of operations manager, handling all back-office portfolio and trading matters for the firm. Yiannis is a FINRA-registered Investment Adviser Representative and graduated from Northeastern University with a double major in finance and accounting. He is an avid runner and enjoys auto racing and classic cars, as well as following the Bruins.
