Bri was born and raised in Rochester and furthered her education in Winona. She has always had a passion for the real estate market which motivated her to make a career change that led her to join the RGI team in February of 2022. With a strong background in communications, customer service, and technology, she's eager to utilize those skills in the Commercial Real Estate Market. Outside of work, she enjoys anything outdoors, spending time with her pets, family, and friends, and working on projects around her home.
As a leasing agent, Cassidy thrives on the excitement of meeting new individuals, making each encounter an opportunity to build connections and create positive experiences. Beyond her academic achievements, Cassidy's ability to foster relationships reflects not only her professional competence but also her genuine love for engaging with others. Whether it's in the office or at a lively concert, Cassidy brings her outgoing and personable nature to every interaction, leaving a lasting impression on those she meets.
How does Rochester and RGI fit into this all? Chris grew up in Bagley, Minnesota, and graduated from high school there in 2003. He went onto St. Cloud State, graduating in 2008 and then went onto a few corporate jobs, eventually starting his own business.
In February, 2023, he started at RGI. In the business for a solid year now, Chris says he's learned a lot in what he describes as a fast-paced, detail-oriented business. His favorite aspect of creating RGI content is learning the history of a building. "There is so much history in every building you drive by, and it's cool to have a peephole into that history," he says.
His favorite project to date has been Trout City Brewing being sold to people who moved their entire life to Preston, Minnesota. "Telling their story is really fun," Chris says.
During the pandemic, Chris started streaming on Twitch and YouTube - with @fangdadhat on all platforms - and, before long, he saw a community growing. "I never thought I would be a part-time streamer and gaming content creator," he says, "but I absolutely love it."
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife KariAnn, and their three sons, Michael, 21, Emery, 15 and Davey, 7.
Denise grew up in Rochester. Aside from one year spent living in Zumbrota, she has called the town home ever since. She graduated from Rochester's Mayo High School and has pursued a variety of educational opportunities since, including becoming a Long-term Care Nursing Assistant and a Licensed Nail Technician. She recently graduated from Rochester Community & Technical College with her Administrative Office Professional diploma and is continuing on to get her Associate Degree, which she's on track to complete in the spring of 2025.
She has two sons, one daughter, and a granddaughter she sees regularly. She enjoys her RGI work for its variety and outside of work is busy with her schoolwork. When she does get a break, she takes the opportunity to work on a puzzle. She adores her pup, a 9-year-old rescue who sleeps at Denise's feet while she studies. Denise's dream for the future is to move to Arizona to be near family and escape Minnesota winters.

Dylan Carty Owner / Licensed Real Estate Broker joined Realty Growth in April of 2012 as a real estate agent. Dylan grew up in small-town Minnesota with his family owning apartments. Dylan learned a lot working in the apartments with his father and developed his love for real estate at a young age. Dylan quickly developed in a name for himself as one of Rochester's top Multifamily brokers. Dylan has brokered over 30m in apartment sales since his tenure with RGI. Dylan founded the Management side of our company in 2018 and alongside the rest of the team manages over 800 units of residential and commercial property across 2 states.
Dylan is a member of the National Association of Realtors and a CCIM candidate.
When Dylan is not working he enjoys anything outdoors! He enjoys time at the family cabin boating, swimming, and four-wheeling.

Gunnar was raised in Rochester and has a strong passion for the area and its people. After graduating from Mayo High School in 2015, he went on to play football and study business economics at South Dakota State University. It was in college that he developed a passion for real estate, and upon graduating he returned home to Rochester to start his real estate career. Specializing in commercial real estate, Gunnar has helped dozens of business owners with their buying, selling, and leasing needs since the beginning of 2020.
When not helping real estate clients, Gunnar also works as an insurance advisor specializing in plans that work with Medicare and is the defensive coordinator for the Mayo High School varsity football team. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Erin, his son Griffin, and his dog "Minnie", named after Minnesota. If you are looking for a well-rounded, down-to-earth advisor who will treat you like family, Gunnar is your guy!
Heather has lived in southeast Minnesota for over 30 years and has called Rochester home for the last six years. She spent 22 years working at Mayo Clinic. Family is her driving force so when she was given a chance to spend the summer caring for her two grandsons she jumped at the opportunity. Heather has been married to her husband Travis for 23 years. Travis owns a small business in town. Together they have two adult sons and a small zoo at their home, which consists of three dogs, a cat, and four chickens. It's OK to call her a "crazy chicken lady," as it's a title she is proud of. Heather hopes to one day own a small hobby farm where she can expand her love of animals. Some of Heather's favorite activities are making memories with her family and traveling (cruises are her favorite). When looking to rejoin the workforce she knew wanted to find a place where she was able to support small and local businesses. That passion led her to the RGI. She is excited to be a part of the RGI family and watch the Rochester community grow.

Joe Sveen has been dedicated to serving community members in partnership with Realty Growth since September 2016. His humble upbringing in Elgin, MN, and seven years of prior management experience manifested strong values for building trusting relationships and serving client needs. He has a BA in business management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and currently resides in Rochester, MN. Joe's extensive market knowledge and ability to exceed some of the most distinguished business leaders' expectations make him a prominent figure in today's real estate market. He specializes in investment sales and has a niche in foreclosure acquisition, mobile home parks, RV Parks, and mini-storage facilities. Joe also treasures time with his wife, Jennifer, and their three rascals.

Mark has held his real estate broker's license since 1995 and he started Titan 360 in 2020, as a premier brokerage house based in Rochester, MN. Strategizing with tenants and owners to structure a solution that is mutually beneficial is his strong suit. And in 2023 merging companies with the Realty Growth Incorporated Commercial Real Estate Firm.
Before merging with Realty Growth Mark spent 28 years with Titan Development & Investments in various roles where he utilized his strategic skills in evaluating potential development opportunities as well as being instrumental on the team in securing financing for projects. Over the course of his career at Titan Development, Mark was responsible for financing and maintaining lender relationships as well as equity partner relationships in many of the projects that Titan developed.
As an active member of the community for over 30 years, he has participated on numerous boards and committees throughout his career. He is past chair of the Rochester Area Family Y and the Rochester Downtown Alliance. He is a member of the Minnesota Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. Member of MNCAR and Minnesota Association of Realtors.
Mark is originally from Iowa, and receiving his Bachelor's degree from Luther College. Mark & his wife, Teresa, reside in Rochester and have children and grandchildren in Minneapolis and Colorado.

Nate didn't know it at the time, but his love for real estate started when he was very young with his dad owning apartments. He and his older brother Dylan would spend countless hours growing up working on the apartments and learning the ins and outs of multifamily real estate. Nate graduated from Medford High School in 2015 and attended RCTC for Radiologic Sciences. During his time in high school and college, Nate worked in multiple trades including Tree removal, HVAC, and plumbing. He never finished college as he realized quickly that wasn't what he loved or wanted to do, he loved real estate. When he was getting his real estate license he started working with a commercial roofing company and quickly transitioned to being a full-time residential real estate agent. He spent a little over a year focusing on residential before transitioning into commercial and property management. Nate has been with Realty Growth since 2019 and has since focused on growing the management business and dealing in multifamily, commercial, and residential sales. Nate is a member of the National Association of Realtors.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time at his family cabin fishing, dirt biking, camping, and traveling with his wife Jenna, and their Goldendoodle Cooper.
Nathan Alan Hoover was born November 20th, 1998 in Rochester, MN, he graduated from Mayo High School in 2017 with his 3 other siblings (Noah, Ashley, and Alyssa) (They are Quadruplets)

Nick is a commercial real estate broker, developer and owner of Realty Growth Incorporated in Rochester, Minnesota and is a lifelong resident of Rochester.
After graduating from St. Olaf College, Nick returned to Rochester to help his father, Ed Pompeian, in the real estate and development business. In 2013 Nick and a business partner purchased Realty Growth Incorporated from his father, who was the original founder of the company. Having grown up and been exposed to the ins and outs of the business in his youth, this was the perfect fit!
Nick loves helping clients in identifying properties that can become a profitable investment for them, and is passionate about building long-term relationships. In addition to real estate, Nick is involved in investment property acquisition and development, most notably the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Rochester, aiding in the development of The Berkman apartment building with Alatus LLC, as well as RGI's first development project located on west circle drive in Rochester.
Nick is also passionate about Rochester and the community that he said has given him and his family so much. In order to give back to Rochester, Nick serves on the board of directors for Gift of Life Transplant House, Bolder Options, and serves on several other non-profit committees. Nick loves to spend time with his wife, his two daughters, cheering on Minnesota sports teams, traveling, spending time with his family and friends, and attending concerts and musicals.

Robert "Bucky" Beeman Owner / Licensed Real Estate Salesperson Bucky is a partner in Realty Growth, Inc, working alongside Nicholas Pompeian. Together, they share a vision of growing the business by marrying innovative marketing with great customer service. Bucky has worked with clients ranging from startups to investors and developers. His passion is real estate technology, and he enjoys following the latest real estate tech news, as well as producing social media content on Snapchat and Twitter.
Ryan Kortz grew up in Medford, Minnesota, a small town about 45 minutes away from Rochester. He attended Alexandria Technical College in Alexandria, Minnesota, and started his career in the field of new construction HVAC. Ryan began with RGI in August and has discovered during his tenure here that "the little things matter the most." He enjoys the variety in his work, and communicating with all kinds of people throughout his work week. He's a seasoned property management professional and routinely calls upon his trade industry background to assist him in his RGI undertakings. With years of hands-on experience, Ryan excels in enhancing property value and tenant satisfaction.
He is driven by a fervent commitment to excellence. Ryan is not just managing properties but curating living spaces that resonate with comfort and style. His unique blend of trade industry experience and personal touch ensures that every project goes beyond expectations, creating environments where tenants truly feel they're at home.
Beyond the boardroom, Ryan finds joy in working on house projects, traveling with his wife Jo Lou, and cherishing life's simple pleasures.
