RESTAURANT CONSULTANTS - Key Persons
As a restaurant owner / operator, Robert Welcher has designed, developed and operated a series of full service restaurants in Chicago, Illinois and Indianapolis, Indiana. He is nationally recognized as a leader in consulting and service training for restaurants, hotels and private clubs. He has developed and instructed a series of courses for The Ohio State University CAP Program and has published articles for various hospitality and management periodicals. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Ohio Restaurant Association.
Robert Welcher received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Indiana University with graduate studies in educational psychology and hospitality management at Indiana University and Purdue University.
