Managing Partner - Aidan A. Rourke A.C.A., C.T.C. QFA is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland since 2006. He commenced as a trainee accountant in 1999. He joined Ernst & Young in 2001 and successfully completed his professional exams in 2005. Aidan obtained 1st place overall in Ireland in his professional accountancy exams in 2001. Aidan is also a Chartered Tax Consultant having being placed third in Ireland in his exams in 2013, is a Qualified Financial Advisor, has a Diploma in Insolvency and a Certificate in Personal Insolvency. Aidan is also a director of the Naomh Breandain Credit Union. Aidan furthered his experience in the accountancy sector prior to establishing rgr partners.
Payroll Specialist - Amy Connaire B.B.S (Hons), obtained a bachelor ™s degree in business studies from Limerick Institute of Technology in 2021. She commenced her training contract with rgr partners in 2021 in the payroll department and is currently studying for her Accounting Technician exams.

Comm., M.Acc., F.C.A., is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from National University of Ireland Galway in 1999 and furthered his education with a Masters of Accounting degree from Smurfit School of Business, UCD in 2000. He was then articled to Ernst & Young a œBig 4 Firm as a trainee accountant and successfully completed his professional exams in 2003. He has considerable taxation experience advising clients having completed the Chartered Tax Consultant course with Chartered Accountants Ireland. He specialises in credit unions along with having an expert knowledge in the equestrian industry. Darren furthered his experience in a number of practices prior to establishing rgr partners.
Senior Accountant - David Mee obtained a diploma in Accounting from Dublin Institute of Technology. He commenced training with KPMG ™s tax department in Dublin, where he was involved in completing tax computations for large multi-nationals. He joined rgr partners in 2019 and is currently studying for his Chartered Accountant exams.
Bookkeeper - Emma Byrne joined rgr partners in 2022 having completed her Leaving Certificate in 2021, and upon completion worked in Customer Service within the aviation industry. She is now studying for her accounting technician exams.
Manager - Jean Costello B Comm. (Hons) Accounting & Systems Analysis, F.C.A, C.T.C is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland. Her training background is DHKN in Galway city where she successfully completed her professional exams. In 2005 she joined Deacy & Associates when it was founded (now Deacy Gilligan Limited) in Galway city as Audit Manager. In 2010 she joined (Keogh Somers) now Keogh Ryan Tierney in Limerick city as Audit Manager. In 2012 she moved into Industry and completed a contract with N6 Concession Limited as Assistant Finance Manager looking after the financial reporting requirements of the N6 Motorway Galway. During this time, she studied for the Diploma in IFRS. Before joining rgr partners she completed a contract with Atlantic Language (Galway) Limited as Finance Manager. Since joining rgr partners in 2014, she obtained a Certificate in UK and Irish GAAP (FRS 102) in 2015 and qualified as a Chartered Tax Consultant in 2016.
Partner - Sharon Rourke B.Comm., A.C.A., is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland since 2006. She obtained a first class honours bachelor of commerce degree from National University of Ireland Galway in 2001. She was then articled to Ernst & Young as a trainee accountant and successfully completed her professional exams in 2005. Sharon furthered her experience in a number of practices prior to establishing rgr partners.
