Robert S. Dowd, Jr. has been a commercial litigator for 37 years, concentrating his practice in commercial litigation, construction law and employment law. Bob has substantial trial experience, including numerous jury trials. In 2011, Bob established The Law Offices of Robert S. Dowd, Jr. LLC. Previously, he was a partner in the litigation, construction and employment departments of Cole Schotz, one of the largest law firms in New Jersey. Robert S. Dowd, Jr. is a New Jersey licensed attorney who has been litigating and trying commercial, construction and employment cases for 37 years. For the past 27 years, he has been awarded a rating of "AV Preeminent," the highest possible rating in legal ability and ethical standards, by the peer review rating service of Martindale-Hubbell. The firm has four "Of Counsel" attorneys, including three litigators, Sean Lipsky, Elena Portales and Paul Brickfield, and one transactional attorney, Robert Fourniadis. All four attorneys are licensed to practice law in New Jersey. In addition, Sean, Elena and Paul are licensed to practice in New York.
