Lisa is one of the most respected nurse injectors in the State of Michigan. Since 2001, she has mastered the art of aesthetic injecting in both Plastic Surgery and Dermatology offices. Offering neurotoxins such as Botox® and Juvederm ® dermal fillers, she understands that each patient is unique. Lisa is an expert in helping her clients create a natural look which is why she has retained so many patients over the years. Prior to finding her passion in the Plastic Surgery specialty she had years of experience working in both critical care and wound care. Though a true master in her trade, Lisa's number one love is the personal relationships she develops with each of her clients. Lisa Allen, RN joined us with over 20 years of experience in aesthetic injecting. She is an expert in helping patients obtain a natural look using Botox and Juvederm. Lisa uses her wealth of knowledge to continuously train other staff on the art of aesthetic injecting. Melissa is the newest member of our team joining us in May 2023. She assists Dr. Smith in the clinic setting and is also responsible for the never ending responsbility of maintaining inventory for the clinic as well as the operating room.
