Founded in 2005, we are a fabless IC design company specializing in analog/RF integrated circuits and modules. Using the state-of-the-art III-V compound semiconductor technologies most beneficial to the performance and cost, we have been and always will be devoted to the development of products in response to the fast and ever growing wireless application markets, such as broadband access and connectivity (WLAN IEEE802.11b/g/n/a/ac/ax), mobile internet device (MID), cellular communication 3G/4G LTE Small cell, 5G NR and Internet of Things (IoT) . We have developed a variety of product lines including Front-end Module (FEMs), Power Amplifiers (PAs), Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs), Switches, Combiners and Filters, etc.. It is our goal to provide our customers with the products and sulutions of enhanced performance and advanced functionality at a friendly price.
