Dave graduated from Virginia Tech in 1987 with a degree in business. During his summer jobs while home between semesters, he discovered he loved the construction industry and made his vision to start his own company into reality. Dave's love for business and construction fueled his passion to develop a first-class and quality-focused company that's intent on continuously perfecting client outputs year after year.

Bart was born and raised in Fauquier County, Va as the youngest of 4 …he has all older sisters which explains a lot! For the first 5 years of his career, he worked as a rough framer building homes throughout Northern Virginia. Next, Bart spent a couple of years locating utilities but his passion for construction drove him back to the residential building industry as remodeler. After 8 years, he joined Reston Painting & Contracting where his knowledge of building, project management, and product performance make him a perfect fit.
Jason was born in Harrisburg, PA and spent most of his youth between central PA and Northern VA attending schools in East Pennsboro Township and locally in Loudoun County. He enjoys spending the day getting his hands dirty because he grew up in a blue collar, close knit family with uncles in various trades such as carpentry, painting, and mechanics. His upbringing taught him strong work ethic and he gets a sense of pride from a job done right.
Tom was born and raised on Cape Cod in Massachusetts. He received his bachelor's degree in business administration from the Ken Blanchard College of Business at Grand Canyon University and went on to obtain a specialized business operations associate's degree from the San Diego Golf Academy in 2001. Tom joined the RPC team 4 years ago and has worked in property management and real estate for 10+ years.
