Our mission is to provide refractory and mechanical construction and maintenance services that satisfies our customers expectations. This will be carried out in a safe and cost effective manner... R&H Quality Refractory Services Inc., based in Westlake, LA, started business in 1994 with a Small Business Association loan. The company was housed in a 2,500 square-foot building with office employees working in one large room and remainder serving as a warehouse and maintenance area. The firm now has 22 full-time, permanent employees, about 35 project employees who work for the company much of the year and another 80 to 90 people who are frequently hired. In 2003, the company moved to a 9,000 square foot facility and now plans to expand even more... We care deeply about long term relationships with our customers. To maintain that relationship we provide safety, quality and cost effectiveness on a foundation of honesty and integrity. These values are the distinguishing marks of R&H.
