Graduating from the Architectural Course of the Hochiminh City University of Architecture in 2012-2016. In 2017, Ms. Phung Linh worked for Richland as Planning Architect.
Hoàng Thị Kim Oanh - Accountant
Graduated in accounting at Ho Chi Minh City College of Industry and Commerce. In 2015, she joined Richland as a general accountant.
Mrs. Thu has been working for HCMC Urban Planning Institute from 1987 to 2007. She was principle architect in charge of planning District 10, Binh Tan District, Binh Chanh District and managing Urban Planning Division 2 of Urban Planning Institute, managing the master planning of Districts 7, 8, 10, Binh Tan District , Binh Chanh District, Nha Be, Can Tho and Saigon South Urban Area.
While working at UPI, she had been attending many international post-graduate training courses in Sweden, Philippines Belgium and Australia on urban planning, architecture, infrastructure development and urban management. She completed Master Program on System Engineering, majoring in project management at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia in 2002.
She has done many projects such as Construction master planning 1/5000, detailed planning 1/2000, 1/5000 civil and industrial projects. She also won prizes in urban planning as welll as certificates of merit from Chairman of City People's Committee for her contributions in HCMC urban development. In 2007, Mrs. Thu co-founded Richland Corporation . She has been the CEO of the firm ever since.

Mr . Nghia is member of HCMC Association of Architects. He has been working in planning and design of many residential, commercial and industrial buildings for many companies such as Planning Institute, HCMC Urban Development Service Company, ACSA Company, BCCI, RDTQ Design and Construction Co. Ltd. Since July 2009, he has joined Rich Land Corp as Architectural Manager.
Graduated from HCMC University of Architecture, Ms.Ha has many experiences in working in different companies such as NATIONAL GENERAL CONSTRUCTION CONSULTING JOINT STOCK COMPANY (NAGECCO),... . In 2018 Ms.Ha joined Richland as principle architect.
Graduated from HCMC University of Architecture, Ms.Hằng has many experiences in working in different companies such as NATIONAL GENERAL CONSTRUCTION CONSULTING JOINT STOCK COMPANY (NAGECCO),... . In 2018 Ms.Hang joined Richland as principle architect.
Graduated from HCMC University of Architecture. In 2018 Mr. Duy joined Richland as technical infrastructure.
He graduated from the Architectural School at the University of Architecture, HCMC from 1981-1987. Previously Mr. Ne had a lot of work experience at the Department of Construction Tay Ninh Province, SJC Construction and Interior Decoration Enterprise.
PHAN THANH HUNG (DIRECTOR OF PROJECT) Having graduated University of economics in 2004, Mr. Hung has gone through many different positions before engaging in Richland in 2007 as a project finance specialist. He is responsible for analyzing project and pre-feasibility, feasibility of projects and projects regulation.

Graduated in Civil and Industrial Construction, 2001-2003. Graduated from the Technical School of Construction at Ho Chi Minh City College of Construction. Chung has extensive experience working at the Planning and Construction Institute of Ho Chi Minh City as a planning architect.
