Bruce joined First National Bank and Trust Company as Assistant Vice President of Ag and Business Banking with the merger of State Bank of Arcadia in October 2021, carrying over his experience with the bank since March of 2016. Previously he had 30+ years of diversified experience in commercial, ag, consumer and mortgage lending, along with management responsibilities. He is a graduate of University of Wisconsin - Platteville WI with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agri-Business and a minor in Ag Finance. Bruce has attended many banking classes and conferences throughout his career, since starting in banking with the Farm Credit Services of Sparta WI, and later working in their Special Credit department in Madison. He has worked for several lending institutions in Minnesota, including 16 years at Security State Bank of Lewiston as a lender and eventually the bank's manager for seven years. He has served on many boards including the Minnesota Ag Bankers Credit Council where he was president for two years. Bruce continues with his devotion as a community servant, where in the past he served on boards, or as a director, of local and state Diabetes Committees/Foundations, Home and Community Options-service for the mentally disadvantaged, Church, Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Authority and Lions Clubs. Bruce's approach to banking and in life, is to help others while not only wearing their shoes, but to walk a mile in them.
Josh joined First National Bank and Trust Company as Area Branch Manager with the merger of State Bank of Arcadia in October 2021. He has been with the bank since 2007 initially serving as a loan officer and in 2014 transitioned to manager at our Independence location. He graduated from Winona State University in 2005 with a B.S. in Business Administration. In his community, Josh has served as secretary for the Arcadia Country Club and currently resides on the Holy Family Catholic School Finance committee and serves as Treasurer for the Arcadia Youth Association.

Josh joined First National Bank and Trust in 2000 upon completion of his B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Illinois. In 2002, he graduated from the Midwest School for Community Bankers with honors. He has worked on the consumer and commercial side of lending while also serving as the Bank Secrecy Officer for 13 years with a significant involvement in operations and compliance. In 2012, Josh received his M.B.A. from Illinois State University with a concentration in Finance while earning the programs top award during his final semester, the MBA Distinguished Leadership Award. In 2017, he was named Market President for First National Bank and Trust. In addition to his bank service, Josh has served 13 years as a DeLand-Weldon School Board member, the Village of Weldon Treasurer since 2016, and as a member of the Clinton Rotary Club since 2000.

Keith merged into First National Bank and Trust Company in October of 2021 when FNBT acquired State Bank of Arcadia (WI). He graduated from the University of WI - River Falls in 1978 with a B.S. in Farm Management; Ag Economics minor. The first ten years of his career were with the Farm Credit System (favoring agricultural financing). Following that, Keith has been with community banks providing both agricultural and business financing, serving at the former State Bank of Arcadia for over 25 years. His education has continued via the Wisconsin Bankers Association Commercial Lending School and various seminars through the years. Keith is active with the Arcadia Area Chamber of Commerce, having held leadership positions in the past and currently on a committee board. Additional community involvement includes Bethel Lutheran Church and various local events.

Lance White joined First National Bank and Trust Company as Vice President of Ag and Business Banking in 2022. Prior to FNBT Lance was the A.V.P. in Commercial Lending at a community bank in Clinton, IL. He has more than 25 years of experience in consumer, commercial and mortgage lending. His career in banking began shortly after graduating from Olivet Nazarene University (B.A. in Accounting) by starting as a teller in his hometown. He has completed several banking schools including IBA's 2-year Bankers School, IBA Residential Real Estate Lending School, IBA Consumer Lending School and the CBAI Basic Compliance School. Early in his career he also doubled as the Loan Compliance Officer for 5 years. Lance has served in his local community as a board member in Kiwanis Service Club, Exchange Club, Clinton First Church of the Nazarene and DeWitt County Development Council, where he's also served as the treasurer. Lance's goal is to provide a positive and personal experience for every client that exceeds their expectations.
Matt Riley was named Fiduciary Officer, VP, for First National Bank and Trust Company in January 2019, helping clients to meet their prosperity goals through investment and estate planning. Prior to joining FNBT, Matt had risk and compliance analysis experience at State Farm Bank in Bloomington, Ill. Matt is a proud Illinois State University Alumni, receiving his B.S. in Finance with an emphasis in Financial Planning. He has continued his education journey, earning other designations including the Chartered Financial Consultant designation. In addition to his bank service, Matt became a member of the Clinton Rotary Club in April of 2019 and became a board member for the Warner Hospital & Health Services Foundation in May of 2019.

Nancy joined the State Bank of Arcadia as a secretary on September 1, 1980, and in 1999 her duties evolved to encompass home loan and consumer lending. She successfully completed the Wisconsin Bankers Association Fundamentals of Lending School. Her other main duty at the bank is offering credit card assistance to clients. In her community, she has served as a board member for the hospital foundation and is currently active in her church as a lay distributor and member of the women's group.
Rachel joined First National Bank and Trust Company in October 2010, and today she serves as the Vice President of Personal Banking. Her work experience includes four years with a Central Florida credit union, six years as a marketing and project support coordinator in Decatur, Illinois, and her most recent tenure with FNBT. During her time with First National Bank and Trust Company, Rachel has been involved in customer service, personal banking and lending functions. Rachel is a proud Millikin University Alumni, having received her Bachelor's Degree in Management and Organizational Leadership, cum laude, in 2005. Since 2017, she has served on the Clinton Community YMCA as a board member and enjoys community based projects.

Rhett joined First National Bank and Trust in 2020, and serves as Assistant Vice President of Consumer Credit. He graduated Illinois State University in 2005 with a B.S. in Business Administration. After college, he served in the U.S. Army till 2010. He deployed to Afghanistan in 2008 & 2009 as part of Operation Enduring Freedom- Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force. He received the Bronze Start medal in 2009. Return home in 2010, he joined a family construction business focused on overhead and entry doors. Rhett left construction to join the bank in 2020 as a Mortgage Specialist. He focuses on real estate and consumer loans of all types. As well as driving modernization of the First National Bank & Trust mortgage process. He is a member of the Clinton Rotary Club since 2020.

Tammy Shouse has been with First National Bank and Trust Company for 18 years. Before joining FNBT, Tammy served in a plastics factory located in Clinton for 18 years. She began her career with First National Bank and Trust Company as a Client Service Representative, and then she transitioned to duties in the loan department. After her combined experience on the frontline and working with loans, Tammy began serving in the bookkeeping department where her daily tasks continued to expand. In 2022, Tammy was promoted to Director of Bank Operations.
