Brings to RLH experience in investment banking, private equity, and corporate strategy, all of which are highly relevant to RLH's value-added model of partnership with portfolio companies. Ari also builds our expertise in the software sector by virtue of his Computer Science undergrad degree and prior software-focused principal investing experience.
Brad knows the ins and outs of the healthcare delivery system exceptionally well, having served in executive positions across the provider continuum. Currently, he is CEO of The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation (NASDAQ: TOI), the leading value-based oncology group in the U.S. Previously, he served as President of Health Essentials Physician Network, the largest post-acute physician group in California. Prior to Health Essentials, Brad was Senior Vice President of Operations at Heritage Provider Network, a medical group and IPA which manages care for nearly one million patients.

Ethan brings to RLH a distinctive pairing of complementary skills in (i) process-driven operational excellence for service enterprises and (ii) the economics of health care providers. His extraordinary expertise in these two disciplines has been honed over the course of a highly successful multi-decade career, which includes co-founding and serving as President of former RLH portfolio company, The Chartis Group. In that role, Ethan has advised many of the most prominent academic medical centers in the US as well as large integrated medical groups and community health systems.
His renaissance-man diversity of experience includes receiving a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, earning a Master of Public Health degree from Yale University's School of Medicine, facilitating Board of Directors strategic planning sessions, performing turnaround consulting engagements, developing methodologies and tools for operational efficiency, and presenting at numerous conferences on topics such as process-centered organizational management.

Jessica joined RLH in 2009 and collaborates with firm leadership to support and execute on the ongoing needs, long-term strategic goals, and overall business development initiatives of RLH. Her expertise stems from 15+ years' experience in varied banking and private equity roles encompassing operations, investor relations support, communications, and marketing.

She began her career as an executive assistant with Callahan & Blaine, a Southern California based litigation firm, where she gained invaluable administrative insights and expertise directly supporting a team of 8 attorneys. Thanks to the skills and experience honed during her 7+ year tenure with the litigation firm, in 2023 she made a seamless transition to private equity supporting the RLH investment team.

Mike has been collaborating with RLH for over a decade, starting with his very successful tenure at our portfolio company, maxIT Healthcare, where he served initially as Divisional Vice President and ultimately as President and CEO.
Before joining the RLH family, Mike served in senior executive positions at McKesson and at Esurg, a healthcare e-commerce business that was acquired by Henry Schein.
Mike is currently serving as a Board member at several RLH portfolio companies, including Clarity Solution Group and Shift7 Digital. He also leads an initiative to explore sales collaboration opportunities between RLH portfolio companies.
As the only native of Indiana on our team, Mike brings a Midwestern perspective to our firm, as well as a love for golf, basketball, and travel.

Patrick has a passion for entrepreneurship, having started several businesses while in college and having worked for two VC-backed enterprises post-college. As a result, he has developed a unique perspective on business which is a valuable addition to the RLH skill set. As importantly, Patrick also gained deal experience by sourcing 14 acquisitions for one of those VC-backed companies, which is great background for his responsibilities at RLH in the areas of deal sourcing and evaluation. Virginia's uniquely valuable perspective on business growth has been forged through the combination of her operating expertise and her passion for the power of data.

More recently, Virginia served as CEO and President of Optum Analytics (a part of United Health Group), where she led a large team that harnessed innovative data analytics capabilities to improve decision-making and visibility into the efficacy of health interventions, wellness programs, and operations of healthcare providers.
As a senior executive at Google Health, she helped structure pioneering collaborations across health care providers, data exchanges, and artificial intelligence software providers to improve healthcare delivery.
