Doug has been involved in renovations for his entire life. He has worked with home builders and been a partner in a renovation company. Doug was instrumental in setting up RMS in 2001 and has recently joined us as a Home Technician. He has been certified as a Master Renovator since 2002.

Forrest joined RMS in 2016 as a Junior Technician while undertaking his BSc in Biology at the University of Alberta, and he's been with us ever since. A self-starter, he previously owned and operated his own landscaping company, where he worked from rough to final grade on newly-developed houses and built his knowledge of proper tools, equipment, and machinery.
Jim originally joined RMS back in 2018 as our Project Coordinator and then after a brief hiatus, he returned to the RMS team in the spring of 2020, in the same role. He has over 35 years of experience in Renovations and Construction with a specialized background in Design, Project Coordination and Product Specifications.
Jim prides himself as a customer service specialist with extensive industry experience and the strong desire to see things done right, the first time.
Jim co-founded RMS in 2001 after a 20-year career in corporate finance with three major accounting firms in Canada. Jim is well-versed in the development and management of sound business practices that have provided for RMS's success.
Jim has been the driving force behind RMS. He has directed the development of services and employee training programs as well as developed customer quality assurance standards. He primarily implements the corporate marketing program while overseeing day-to-day operations. Jim will be responsible for the expansion program that will see RMS offices established in major centres across North America.
Richard obtained a Science and Accounting College diploma in Montreal, pursued post collegial studies in geomorphology and later in law. Raised in a family of builders, he learned both ancestral framing, plastering and modern construction techniques. Also worked with his father, as an apprentice electrician.
Richard spent most of his life in Real Estate construction, maintenance and project management. His work brought him to live and travel throughout the continent, providing him with an understanding of North American diversities and challenges. Richard likes sharing his experiences and takes pride in quality work.
Sheila has been with RMS since February 2015, working as Office Manager and bookkeeper. She acquired her diploma in Computer Information Systems - Business Administration, and has more than 20 years of experience in small business bookkeeping.
