Angelo Petrone has been a Partner of Ristuccia Tufarelli & Partners since 2003. Graduated cum laude with a thesis on "individual professional businesses", he has been practising since 2001 as a freelance consultant in the areas of corporate, banking and financial law, in court and in the field of extra-judicial consultancy services (financial intermediation in the strict sense of the term, liability, including criminal liability of officials and financial advisors; disputes regarding derivative financial instruments, structured bonds, online trading, linked insurance contracts and securities). He also advises the legal offices of leading banks and companies on the prevention and management of litigation risks, including debt collection procedures, and on issues related to debt restructuring.
Giulia Fabrizi has been working with the Ristuccia Tufarelli & Partners Law Firm since 2018, dealing in particular with administrative law (public procurement, urban planning and the construction industry, European business development funds), and corporate law, providing consultancy and litigation services, also in the field of arbitration.
She deals with issues related to business development, public contracts and commercial contracts, collaborating in the assistance and defence of leading market players in the health and pharmaceutical, telecommunications, information technology and new technologies sectors.
Maria Lilia La Porta has been working with the Ristuccia Tufarelli & Partners Law Firm since 2022, dealing in particular with TMT, Data Protection, Information Security, IT and new technologies law.

Marianna Ristuccia has been a Partner of Ristuccia Tufarelli & Partners since 2003. She mainly provides legal advice and assistance in corporate matters (drawing up of contracts, acquisition of shareholdings, incorporation, management and transformation of companies, corporate crisis situations). She deals with litigations concerning civil, banking and commercial law (contracts, bonds, companies, public financing, debt collection, bankruptcy procedures).
She has been contributing for years to the drafting of the chapters focusing on Italy of the Doing Business Report, published annually by the World Bank Group.
Within the Firm, she manages the staff and is also responsible for recruitment, communication and marketing, as well as the organization of conferences and round tables and events dedicated to the subjects of interest to the clients.
Mario Di Bernardo has been working for Ristuccia Tufarelli & Partners since 2009. He deals mainly with judicial and extra-judicial issues within civil, commercial and bankruptcy proceedings, and is also an expert in labour and tax law. He also provides legal advice and assistance, including in litigation, on behalf of companies and banks.
