We are a full service drafting company founded by Robert Kramer. We service clients from all of Southern California including Los Angeles county, San Bernardino county, Orange county and Riverside county... We have been in business since the year 2000 and have over 20+ years of drafting experience and over 30+ years of construction experience. A draftsman's expertise is very close to the expertise of an architect, except that a draftsman follows a more specific approach to the housing and commercial industry as a whole. Less time is spent on theories and innuendo that are not applicable to your home design. We are a hands-on specific design firm, focusing on new home construction, room additions, and even small office buildings... Our services will provide you proper blueprints ready to be submitted to plan check. We also work with many engineers and can even walk your plans to our engineer and get them fully engineered for you.
