In 1998 and 1999, Mr. Rende was admitted to practice in West Virginia and Ohio, respectively. He is a frequent lecturer on a variety of topics related to civil litigation including bad faith, insurance coverage and other insurance related subjects. Mr. Rende joins a group of only five percent (5%) of all of the lawyers in Pennsylvania bearing the designation Pennsylvania Super Lawyer. Kevin D. Huber is an associate attorney at Robb Leonard Mulvihill LLP practicing in the areas of civil litigation and insurance coverage. Mr. Huber earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from New York University in 2013 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Law in 2018. Mr. Huber served as a Research Editor on the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. While in law school, Mr. Huber competed in the 24th Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court, from which he earned induction into the Order of Barristers for distinction in oral advocacy and brief writing. While attending the University of Pittsburgh as an undergraduate, Ms. Williams served as a Recruitment Board Chair for her Pre-Law Fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta.
Ms. Williams received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. While in Law School, Ms. Williams was a member of the Pitt Law Women's Association and Lawyers and Scholars for Disability Justice. Ms. Williams also interned with several companies such as Capital Health System in Trenton, NJ, InVision Health Services in Wexford, PA, and Wabtec Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, where she gained valuable experience learning to serve a client's vast array of legal issues.
Prior to joining Robb Leonard Mulvihill, Ms. Williams served as a law clerk for the Honorable Philip A. Ignelzi in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Judge Ignelzi is the Discovery Judge in the Civil Division of Allegheny County and oversees his own cases in the Commerce/Complex Litigation Center. While clerking with Judge Ignelzi, Ms. Williams gained valuable experience by researching and drafting opinions and preparing jury instructions.

Mark A. Martin i is a partner at Robb Leonard Mulvihill LLP. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duquesne University and graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he also earned a Certificate in Advanced Study of Civil Litigation. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania; the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; and all of the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts in Pennsylvania. While Mr. Martini is based in Pittsburgh, his state and federal litigation practice representing both businesses and individuals extends across the Commonwealth. His practice areas include: commercial and contract disputes; extra-contractual and complex insurance coverage matters; professional liability; personal injury; and credit union governance. Mr. Martini is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County. Admission to the Academy is by invitation only and is limited to 250 attorneys who are viewed to be the most exceptional civil trial lawyers in Allegheny County from both sides of the bar.
Mr. Martini has been very active in the Allegheny County Bar Association, and previously served as President--one of the youngest in history--of the 6,100 member Association. In this context, he has tried numerous liability and coverage related cases in the Pennsylvania and Federal courts in addition to the Pennsylvania Insurance Commission.
In addition, he was responsible for all of the appellate briefs that resulted in the favorable Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision in Grady v. Frito Lay, Inc., 839 A.2d 1038 (Pa. 2003). The Grady case established the standard for the admissibility of expert witness testimony in Pennsylvania. Also, Mr. O'Connell was privileged to represent the Arena Football League in a case that established the basis for determining seasonal employee status in Pennsylvania. Ross v.
