Brent A. Stebbins

Brent has 30 years of experience as an architectural designer. He develops creative solutions to help clients achieve the full potential that exists for distinctive and appealing spaces, within the parameters of budget requirements and construction regulations. Through a combination of computer models and detailed hand renderings, he works closely with clients to translate design objectives into clear concepts. During his career, Brent has compiled a diverse portfolio including many award-winning designs. An NCARB Registered Architect, Brent is a member of the American Institute of Architects. He also currently serves as an Advisor and guest critic to Pennsylvania College of Technology School of Construction and Design Technology. In his spare time, which there isn't a lot of between his job and children, Brent loves to visit noteworthy architectural sites, hiking/walking, history, vacations with his family, church and exercise. Favorite Architect: A good architect builds on the shoulders of giants. Aspiring architects study all the greats and then morph their ideas into new thoughts to develop something uniquely their own. Frank Lloyd Wright for example, was strongly influenced by H.H. Richardson, Louis Sullivan, Japanese Architecture and many others.

Brian has developed and maintains the IT infrastructure at RLPS and provides consulting services to our clients. He routinely evaluates and implements new technologies for the firm. A Microsoft Certified Professional, Brian has experience encompassing many aspects of technology, including server setup and customization, communication technologies, automation, web-development strategies, mobile workforce challenges and audio visual integration. Most recently, he has assisted the firm in developing 3D printing and Virtual Reality (VR) services. Brian is an avid golfer and plays in local and state tournaments. Carson has responsibility for coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and guiding projects through the planning and design phases into construction and occupancy. He works closely with clients to translate design objectives into innovative solutions within the constraints of budgets, schedules and accessibility guidelines. Carson is an NCARB Registered Architect, a LEED Accredited Professional and a WELL Accredited Professional. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, and immediate past president of the AIA Central PA Chapter. Carson also participates in the Penn State University architectural student mentoring program. In 2021 he was a recipient of the Penn State Alumni Association's Alumni Achievement Award. In his spare time, he can be found playing soccer, golfing, traveling, hiking with his dogs-or basically anything that gets him outdoors. Craig has more than 28 years of experience as a project manager with a particular focus on large-scale and complex projects. His experience encompasses senior living communities, public schools and private colleges. He is an NCARB Registered Architect in nine states, a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the American Institute of Architects. Craig is a frequent speaker at state and national conferences and also serves on the Warwick Township, Pennsylvania Planning Commission. Craig's personal interests include traveling for pleasure and playing bass guitar in his church praise band (he's also been known to play at a few RLPS events). Craig also appreciates the opportunity to "sit on the other side of the table" as a member of his local township planning commission.

Based on over 29 years of diverse experience, he understands the process of collaboration, managing resources and balancing project goals within the constraints of budget, regulations and context. David believes that good design is the product of good listening and his experience at RLPS is that no design has a single author. He feels that collaboration is not buzz word, it's a philosophy that creates better solutions for our clients. Having studied architecture at the University of Illinois at Chicago and living near Chicago for 18 years David developed a great appreciation for the work of architect Louis Sullivan. In his spare time, he and his wife love to cook, garden and watch English football (big Liverpool FC fans). David also dabbles in woodworking.

Eric leads the firm's Post Occupancy Evaluation team and the employee mentoring program and also provides in-house seminars for the project architects. Jessie has 19 years of experience in the interior design industry and has spent most of her career focusing on architectural interiors. She is passionate about transforming clients' visions into purposeful, meaningful, and supportive environments. Jessie is a registered architect in Pennsylvania and holds both NCIDQ and NCARB certificates, is a LEED Accredited Professional with a Building and Design specialization, and is also a WELL accredited professional. She is an ongoing volunteer and former board member of the Council for Interior Design Qualification (CIDQ), a member and former board member of the IIDA PA/NJ/DE Chapter, an IIDA student mentor, and has served as a speaker at several national and state conferences. Jodi L. Kreider

Jodi's leadership at the firm focuses on business development and communications including websites, social media, conference presentations, content marketing, tradeshow coordination, professional services proposals, and marketing collateral. A LEED Accredited Professional, Jodi is a member of the firm's Green Group focusing on sustainable design education and implementation. Jodi currently serves on the Board of Directors for Samaritan Counseling Center in Lancaster and as Publicity Committee Co-Chair for the Rotary Club of Lancaster. Close to 20 years of diverse experience have given him a clear understanding of how well conceived design can positively impact living and learning environments. He values the professional development that results from seeing projects from inception through completion and counts himself fortunate to have had those opportunities so far in his career. Justin's path has always pointed towards architecture and design. He remembers the act of creating and building that was nurtured by his dad building their family home, and he now enjoys home renovations of his own. Kristin has experience in all aspects of interior design for commercial environments including senior living and healthcare. Her background encompasses programming, design development, selection and documentation of furniture, finishes and materials. Kristin understands the importance of integrated architectural and interior design concepts to create appealing environments that enhance resident comfort, safety, and well-being. She is a certified National Council for Interior Design Qualifications (NCIDQ) designer and a member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). Kristin oversees our Pittsburgh office, staff and projects in Western Pennsylvania. She enjoys mentoring young designers in the design, technical, and management aspects of Interior Design. Margaret focuses on fostering a positive experience for our clients and field partners. Through attending a wide variety of thought-leadership forums both inside and outside the senior living field, she gathers knowledge about aging services so that our design process constantly evolves to serve the needs of our clients. Margaret is a member of the National Council for Architectural Registration Board, Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology Architecture Student Advisory Committee and Asera Care Board Member.
