Family Law Attorney Allison Sutton is a Partner at Robinson & Henry. Allison became an attorney to help others. Her passion for family law is palpable-she represents clients going through an exceptionally hard time in their lives, and thus, she leads every case with empathy, describing herself as a "helper by nature."
Allison's background includes a number of domestic violence criminal cases, as well as divorces with and without children. Her tireless stance and attitude towards potential victims of violence frame much of her work, and she carefully prioritizes the welfare and safety of all parties involved in her cases, rather than focusing solely on "winning."

Born in Texas, Allison's family moved to Colorado Springs for a few years, then moved to Atlanta, Georgia when she was 12. She lived in Georgia for 17 years, attending the University of Georgia in Athens, then the Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta from 2005 to 2009. While studying there, she was awarded the Spring 2006 Excellence in Research, Writing, and Oral Advocacy Cali Award.

Robinson & Henry Partner Boyd Rolfson is a real estate, civil litigation, and probate attorney at the firm's Highlands Ranch office. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Boyd worked for a large corporation. There, he often felt like an unknown cog in a giant wheel. He wanted to make a difference by helping people resolve problems they couldn't solve on their own, which led him to fulfill a lifelong dream: attending law school.
As a native Coloradan, Boyd has a love and appreciation for the land as a precious natural resource and valuable asset. This appreciation influenced his desire to practice real property law.
Boyd, who focuses on real estate and business law, has represented industry-leading banks, mortgage lenders, title companies, and homeowners associations. He has also represented clients in bankruptcy and eviction actions, helping them protect their real estate assets.
He has appeared before numerous state courts and federal bankruptcy courts to argue motions, attend hearings, and try cases. Boyd has experience researching and writing complaints and motions regarding foreclosures, title and lien issues, property disputes, eviction, and bankruptcy actions.
When not practicing law, Boyd is an active member of his church and community, coaches youth sports teams, attends community events, and enjoys outdoor recreation with his family.

Marlana's career has focused on the area of family law. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge about domestic litigation; including adoptions, assisted reproduction technologies, appeals, and more. Prior to joining Robinson & Henry, Marlana worked for the country's largest domestic litigation law firm.
Family law is a challenging area of practice. It takes a compassionate and assertive attorney to help individuals navigate some of the most difficult times of their lives. Marlana finds the rapport she develops with her clients reduces their stress and creates a foundation for a favorable outcome for their case.
In addition to helping Robinson & Henry clients, Marlana remains active in the community. She has been recognized by the Colorado Supreme Court for her pro bono activities. Marlana also mentors new and upcoming law students, teaches litigation skills and techniques to current lawyers, and is an active participant in several bar associations across the state.

Family Law Attorney Niki Miller is a Partner and leads the firm's Centennial office. Niki was drawn to the legal profession after teaching a GED course at Boulder's juvenile detention facility. Her interaction with the young inmates and the court regarding their educational process compelled Niki to study criminal and family law.

She began her legal career at the Denver District Attorney's Office, gaining invaluable trial experience prosecuting misdemeanor and felony cases. While running a private practice, Niki added family law to her portfolio. This allowed Niki to try cases family cases involving criminal elements throughout Colorado, including in Adams, Arapahoe, Denver, Douglas, El Paso, Grand, Larimer, Pitkin, Summit, and Weld Counties.
