Danielle Brunelli, President of RJ Brunelli & Co., LLC, received her real estate license at 18, and in 2003 graduated from Monmouth University with a degree in Marketing, and a Certificate from the Monmouth University Real Estate Institute. In the past, Danielle has worked representing landlords, and pre-leasing several mixed use developments. She currently concentrates on tenant representation work and exclusively represents Dollar Tree in all of New Jersey, Urban Bricks Pizza, Modern Acupuncture, Sally Beauty, Massage Envy and European Wax Center. Danielle has been honored as one of Chain Store Age magazine's "Real Estate 10 Under 40" for 2017. Published in the May/June issue, the retail business magazine's "10 Under 40 in Real Estate" feature recognizes people under the age of 40 who are making an impact in real estate, whether from the tenant or the landlord side. Known as a prolific dealmaker, the Holmdel, N.J. resident began her career at 16 as a part-time marketing assistant at the Old Bridge retail brokerage founded by her father, Richard J. Brunelli. At 18, she earned her real estate license while attending Monmouth University, from which she graduated in 2003. While going to class and captaining Monmouth's women's tennis team, she began making her first deals for Sally Beauty Supply. She soon landed the chain's tenant representation account and continues as their exclusive rep in central and northern New Jersey. This was followed by long-term assignments for Massage Envy and European Wax Center in central New Jersey and a statewide exclusive for Dollar Tree. Since 2012 alone, Ms. Brunelli personally completed 75 deals for those four chains. Previously, she also represented such major chains as Toys ‘R' Us, Zale's, and Tuesday Morning. Beyond the tenant work, she currently represents landlords on five properties. In 2010, Ms. Brunelli became one of four Principals when the firm became an LLC. In 2015, her father was elevated to Chairman and Ms. Brunelli was named President, part of a senior management team that includes fellow Principals Ron DeLuca (CEO). As sales team leader, her role includes guiding junior salespeople through deals, and assisting associates and partners in marketing their properties and on their own tenant rep accounts.
A New York native, Dawn moved to New Jersey in 2004. She is a single mother of three young women and entered the real estate industry in 2013. Her natural ability to build meaningful relationships and provide value to her clients paved the way for her success as she took the real estate industry by storm. Mario has been with RJ Brunelli & Company since 2005, working as a Market Research Analyst and then earning his New Jersey and Florida Real Estate licenses. In the past Mario has worked with both developers and investors of triple net properties. One of his main clients is ARC Properties. Mario is well experienced in finding developable properties for commercial/retail use. Mario also handles the sale of NN and NNN properties throughout NJ. Mario is currently working with multiple investors for 1031 exchanges.
Pete joined the company in 2016, and brings over 30 years of sales and management experience in the real estate and chemical industries, including the 17 years as a broker with Metro Commercial Real Estate, Mount Laurel, New Jersey, representing landlords and tenants on leases and sales. He has completed leases with a total revenue consideration of over $300 million for more than 200 tenants, including Home Depot, Stop & Shop, LA Fitness, Marshall's, TJ Maxx, Home Goods, Walgreens, TD Bank, and Chase Bank. Pete has a Chemical Engineering degree and is a graduate of the Wharton Advanced Management Program, both of which complement his work in the development, management and finance of real estate.
Peter joined R.J. Brunelli & Co. in 2018, following a successful 34-year career with the WSJ and Barron's. We are hoping to leverage his financial investment and data analysis expertise. Peter comes from a multigenerational family of commercial RE brokers and will be focusing on both landlord and tenant representation. He graduated from Western New England College with a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems.
Rich founded the firm bearing his name in 1976 and built it into the state's leading specialist in retail real estate. While directing the activities of a staff that has grown markedly over the years, he continues to work personally with many leading retailers and developers on a variety of projects. Rich is also a former Chairman of Realty Resources, a nationwide organization leading regional retail real estate brokerages. Additionally, he lectures on retail real estate at the Monmouth University Real Estate Institute.
Following a successful career as a marketing, sales and business management executive for Fortune 100 companies, Ron brought his entrepreneurial spirit and strategic thinking skills to R.J. Brunelli in 1996 as a part-time technology and research consultant. Since joining the firm full time, Ron has distinguished himself with his high energy approach to sales and tenant representation programs. His dedicated approach to value-added relationships has resulted in his successful approach to managing and retaining both large and small account programs.
Sherri has been with RJ Brunelli & Company since 1995, currently as our Office Manager. She has grown within our company from her earlier days as a part-time bookkeeper. She has since computerized our accounting system, and has been managing an excellent budget so the company is able to have the best tools in our industry. She is a very loyal employee and a diligent person, particularly about Commissions Due. In the last ten years, she has modernized our office into an inviting space for owners, landlords and potential tenants, as well as motivating and inspiring agents and staff to be more proficient in their achievements. She has been an influential advocate with our newest software, which has helped our agents to become more efficient and productive in their work.
