RICH HESKETH

Rich Hesketh is an Athlete Development Coach based in Calgary, Alberta... I met Rich in 1996 when I broke into the NHL with the Calgary Flames. That began a nearly two decades long relationship of training and education. Over the years, he helped me gain a greater understanding of fitness, health and nutrition. As an adolescent, I just wanted to get bigger and stronger, but Rich helped me to be more explosive, agile, and flexible... a better athlete. Also, as an athlete, we tend toward thinking more is always better. Rich helped me to understand the need to listen to my body, when to push it, when to back off, and the important role of nutrition and sleep. Rich has a passion for sports and has spent a lifetime honing his skills as an athlete and coach. I would highly recommend him for anyone who wants take better care of their body and compete at a higher level...
